I did one test "[4d6c1]" to make sure I had the code right, then I did 6 of them and got:
[4d6c1] = 15[4d6c1] = 15[4d6c1] = 17[4d6c1] = 7[4d6c1] = 16[4d6c1] = 14
You - as DM - can look at the roll history of any character bearing your Campaign ID; if I understand the 'dice roller' mechanics correctly.
4/23 ~ starting wealth roll:
[3d8x10] = 10x10 = 100
