Pants that fit and a pair of boots... heck one boot would have thrilled him more than 1k gold.

Daisy
Daisy is obviously impressed. This Monocle fella- he must have some wealthy friends, to ship a load like this.
Ah'll take 2 of the axes, 2 of the hatchets, and one of the saws- if ya'll don't mind. Ah hope that will help secure some friends.
If no one argues, she'll take her "share" and set them aside. Nalissa- do you have 6 swords? Our friend Dexter gave me some money, so Ah can pay for what Ah take of those.

Re: Hi-Lo (mercantile)
Nallissa looks to the Princess, not sure about the arrangement being suggested.
“I have plenty of items like axes and hatchets for sale here already, so no problem there, but I don’t have many new swords right now.”
She sets 6 used well swords of varying shape and size out for Daisy to peruse.
“I hope these will do instead until I can restock. Too bad this Monocar didn’t send a message for a crate of weapons too.”

The Princess
"Mayor. May I suggest that we hold off on dispersing our few resources until we get a better idea of what we're up against." She tries to impress upon Daisy the incredible value of the wood axes and saws.
"I understand the value of gifts, believe me, and we can earmark some for later after we get established. My guess is that the natives will be curious and come by to watch, which will allow them to see the tools in action and greatly increase the perceived value."
"Let's keep the crate intact for ease of shipping, and make use of the tools ourselves. At least at first."

Daisy
Not quite what Ah had in mind, but close enough. When we get to the river, Ah'll take a few folks- and the trade goods- and head up the trail.

Re: Hi-Lo (mercantile)
I will create a new thread shortly for the first phase of the big move and add anyone in town who wants to go along.
If there are any other preparations that need to be made beforehand, please continue the great RP where appropriate.
Thanks!
