Husker moves a block, and suddenly there is a massive pile of soot falling making a huge cloud. When it clears, Husker is covered in soot and grime, but the fireplace could be used now. No one finds anything of a secret or hidden nature. There is a room to the West, and a hallway going north south to the west as well. the main courtyard id directly North of the party.

Orientation question... We came from the west, so there should be that room. But the map last page shows a hallway looking area and/or new room to the east?
Felgorian will continue searching each adjacent area for anything that looks important; mainly any creatures, keys, secret entrances, or even a well...

Occ - Crud! This game had been on a hiatus for so long I remembered wrong. I would have sworn we had been sent here to rescue the girl.

"Fire place is *cough* operational my friends, but let us move on! *cough*" Husker makes his way to the doorway near the east, and stealthily checks around the corner to peer down the hallway and see if he spots anything.

As the party vacates the fireplace room, Alenson once again tries to manuever to a needed spot, "I'll take the rear position" and holds firmly to mace and holy symbol.

OOC I sent Husker into the middle of the room and the hallway, making him peek into both areas rather than going into only one

The party continues to explore, and enters into the next room.

The room consists of a large pile of rubble, old rotted wood, food gone into compost, most of it is along the sides where perhaps there used to be shelves, and large pile of debris in the center of the room. Otherwise the room seems of having nothing else of note.

PM will be sent to the scouting ahead to tell what he sees. In addition, you hear the cries of wolves in the day....

The wolves are outside the complex. more like a mile away. you still have a few hours of daylight.
