Vacarxia will move up slowly and peer around the corner to see if he can see who or what is speaking down the hallway. If they begin to move towards them. He can warn the party.

Duvli will join the others advancing up the newly revealed corridor heading West.
These are ghouls. They hang out in graveyards, they have long tongues, and they eat people.
"Oh, well, that could be helpful!"

Moving deftly down the corridor to the west, Master of Dragons stops at the first door on the left to have a listen. No sound emanates from the door what so ever. Wilryn, hearing the voices to the north, also moves forward to give a listen but hears nothing also. Fergus moves forward into the western corridor.

Vacarxia listens to the corridor to the north. He could swear he hears both orc and giant tongues being spoken. Several variables come to him at the same time. He can smell freshly cooked meats and intermixed with the talking and occasional yelling he can hear pots and pans clanging about. The voices are not moving toward the group, they seem to be centered on a room that cannot be seen quite a way up the corridor.

Cathedra moves into the shadows.

The rest of the party moves up into the positions detailed on the map. Open doors have been removed from the map for clarity.

Fergus - Fighter

Fergus says quietly "We've got to stir this place up somewhere, so let's start cooking in the kitchen!" He chuckles and says "I don't know what's in here, but let me go in first, and we can pile in. I can draw anyone who wants to fight, and someone cover any other doorways and keep em' from runnin'. I'm sick of hearing these things partying, it's time to clean up this mess."

OOC: Fergus isn't much of a tactician, so he simply proposes that he bum rush the room to capture surprise and draw fire, then everyone else can take action, we probably need to be cautious if there are other entrances/exits from the room, or we could have escapees.

I'm of course open to suggestions, I just want to chop up some bad guys now.

Master of Dragons opens the door that he was listening at to make sure the room beyond is empty.

FYI, for those of you who don't play on other boards with Badams30 (which apparently doesn't mean "Bryan Adams' 30th Biggest Fan"), he uses this exact same excuse in every game I've had in with him as a reason to take the "bum rush" route, especially when others are trying to be all sneaky. ;)

Cathedra remains in the shadows and steps quietly behind Master of Dragons to assist with exploring the room.

Vacarxia- Stops Fergus from charging in. Lets knock the numbers down a bit more and find who is rallying the giants together first. I am sure it is not the orcs. We need a prisoner to question. Vacarxia moves quietly past Joven to listen at the other single door.

Fergus sighs and says "Okay. Just tell me where to go. I'm getting anxious to take this fight to these filthy creatures..."

Duvli gives Fergus a consoling glance, no small thing for a dwarf. "I was with you," be says, "but Vacarxia has the right of it."

SAPHRAX: MU

Moves up, hoping to bend the ear of Vacarxia, Fergus, and Duvli, "Do you think we can grab a smaller foe for a prisoner? If you spy one, perhaps we can charm him... if one of my kind has a charm spell ready?" the Wizard whispers.
