I'm thinking 2gp/month for each waitress, each bartender would be ~5gp/month, and a bar manager who can handle everything while you guys are out would be 20gp per month.
So lets say, 10gold waitresses + 10gold in bartenders + 20gp = 40gp/month to keep the Tavemple running smooth!
