Re: Chat & questions
Anyone else want a chance to respond? (It is so tempting to just keep posting with my three characters! )

Re: Chat & questions
Sadly, the game has seemed to stall out. Only two players seem to be posting. If it doesnt start up- i'll either recruit other players or end the game.
I have an adventure where I need only one or two people to play. That seems easier to manage.

Sorry to hear that. I am interested in the other adventure you mentioned - if you are okay with that. If his adventure picks up, I am happy to continue here as well.

You guys are doing great. Don't wait for anyone else. Do what you like. On your own or work together.

Re: Chat & questions
I will pause my actions here (Garen and Gunther looking at a bear and its pile of bones) and let others chime in. Garen won't care about a bear and is fine walking away. Gunther is happy to attack because he is more of a murder-hobo and because bears harm farmers by attacking livestock (I am thinking of grizzlies here ).
And this player cannot help but worry/hope it is really an owl-bear.
What do you all think?

Re: Chat & questions
We can bust in and try to suprise it and start bashing it with shovels. If we have any sneaky people, maybe we can sneak in and backstab?

Re: Chat & questions
I can totally identify with Adair. I feel that way near squirrel and chipmunk holes!!!Adair Dabney; Merchant's Illegitimate Son
Adair stays towards the back of the group, praying to every god he can think of and making up a few of his own in a feeble attempt to ward off any evil monsters that are in the area. At Gared's suggestion to leave well enough alone, Adair lets out a lungful of air he wasn't aware that he had been holding.
Re: Chat & questions
Hopefully it won't come to that. I am really enjoying the role playing portion of this game like no other game I have played in. I know I was quiet for a bit there but I was sick with stomach problems from my diabetes. I am back on my feet and ready to move this story along.Bloodaxe wrote:Sadly, the game has seemed to stall out. Only two players seem to be posting. Anyone have any ideas other than fighting? Maybe trade all our food for our lives?
Gared and Gunher are ready to fight. And Clay has a sling...

You can attack, run, hide, whatever. Those who haven't posted for days , and days , and days , will lose out and miss their action. Probably with nasty consequences.

Re: Chat & questions
Bloodaxe, I was looking at Clay's character sheet and see I listed all the abilities for a level 1 thief, but I think I thought you said he could only pick locks as a level 1 thief... Can you remind of his aniline s so I dont have to go digging? Thanks.

Just open locks, remove traps, find traps. No other thief skills

Re: Chat & questions
Lobo & Napius are up for grabs. Lt-Tribbles has not posted for quite awhile. Otherwise, they are out of the game.

Re: Chat & questions
I sent Tribbles a PM about the game on 9/20. It is still in my outbox though. Does that mean it hasn't been sent or just not read?
edit: In case anyone wanted to know what they had (if that persuades you to grab a character:
Napius has our lantern and oil.
Lobo has a hand axe.

Not read. I checked his profile and he hasn't posted for nearly a month.

Perhaps I can take over Napius--Gustav definitely needs some illumination in the cave!

Ok, take him.
Put your actions in the cave in a private message.
