I'm going on vacation for the next week. I will have connectivity (I'm hoping), so I'll try to post but I might not be able to.

Sorry guys. Work took a bad turn. If I don't get to update the game tonight, I promise to in the morning.
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.
mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

Sorry for my absence, work kicked it up into high gear for me. I'm hoping (99% positive) to update in a couple hours.
My apologies again!

Okay, I will update later today (heading to second job now) but it looks like we are good to go forward!

Question, should I look for replacements for Elwita and Kayen? (I know your thoughts Al :) ) or should I allow y'all to redistribute their stuff and push forward?

Thanks for all your thoughts and your patience everyone!

I say move forward without them. Slimming the party will make it easier on the DM.

We'll leave them for now, I'll NPC until I figure out what we'll do with them.

For future reference they have the following stuff:
ELWITA:
Weapons
1) Hammer, War, Light (Specialized)
2) Crossbow, Heavy
3) Dagger
4) Axe, Battle
5) Axe, Hand
6) Crossbow, Light

Equipment (Enc)
Pouch, belt, large (2)
Hammer (tool, not war) (2)
Piton (12) (6) (0.5 each)
Sack, large (1)
Quiver (holds 24 bolts) (7)
Waterskin (3 pint) (1)
Rope, silk (per 50 ft) (5)

KAYEN
Spells Memorized:
Charm Person
Shocking grasp
Sleep
Invisibility
Knock

Weapons:
Long Sword +1 - Att #1, Thac0 16, Damage (1d8/1d12)
Long Bow - Att#2, Thac0 15, Dmg (1d6/1d6)
Hand Axe - Att #1, Thac0 17 (16 thrown), Dmg (1d6/1d4)
Dagger - Att #1, Thac0 17 (16 thrown), Dmg (1d4/1d3)

Equipment:
2 x Javelins of Piercing*
Scroll: Hold Portal, Suggestion
12 arrows and quiver
small sack
leather scroll case
material spell components
Parchment
Quill and ink
Brown candle

* - Javelin of Piercing: This weapon is not actually hurled, as when a command word is spoken, the javelin of piercing launches itself. Range is 60', all distances considered as short range. The javelin is +6 “to hit“ and inflicts 7-12 hit points of damage. (Note this missile will fly horizontally, vertically, or any combination thereof to the full extent of its range.) The magic of the javelin is good for only 1 throw.

Hey guys Stirling asked to take over Kayen. I'm going to do that and keep pushing on. I think we'll be fine in this game to have this amount of characters.

Thanks again for everyone's patience.

I am back. Sorry, I moved. We fell into an opportunity that was too good to pass up but we had to be out of the old place before months end. Internet was turned on today. :D

Road trip Saturday for football playoffs, will try to catch up Sunday.

So do we want to deal with this new threat or leave as we have the slaves? Question is do we think we have taken all the slavers out?

I'm assuming that we have only scratched the surface in regards to taking out the slavers. Many more to go I'm sure.
