I see where Al's coming from, looking back thru the posts. There were indeed a few call outs, but no solid plan. I suggested the possibility of an illusion of the Tallymaster to distract the enemies after the door was opened, then the wand of fire was tossed in, which kind of blew away the illusion, then the invis potion was found. So now when the bad guys bust open the door, they will see nothing! Unless they spot Ogre, or those in the hole. Thoughts?

Currently they will see Ogre and Kay - unless they both come up the ladder as I've suggested. Why don't we do this and then jump out on them?

Ogre will be flat against the wall next to the door; they won't see him.
