Ulf doesn't have a lot to spend cash on right now. If we did "pick your item," I'm guessing Ulf would take the diamond (and put about 150 gp into the pot), Seadu would take the potion and some cash, and Martin would get the remaining cash? Does that make sense?

When Ulf open the crock, he finds it full of a thin, yellowish oil. Touching it with a finger, it tastes bitter like dandelions.

Since this has been taking a silly amount of time, I propose the following loot distribution:
Ulf: Diamond (1,046 gp), contribute 15pp 50gp to the pot (200gp total), leaving him with 4gp cash
Seadu: Crock of Mystery Oil, 100 gp
Martin: 364 gp
Starbeard, is that okay with you?
