Re: Tomb of the Builders
Ruken, after having noticed the rock's inability to do harm to the ants, considers the ground a dangerous place to be right now. Looking up at the tree nearby, he attempts to climb it, hoping to reach an elevation that the ant's can't reach. (Top of the tree from the looks of it.)

Thorgrim feels the lust of battle spread through his body and scans the area for the next closest ant. Zeroing in on a target, he attacks again.

Re: Tomb of the Builders
Eirenaios launches another volley at ant 6 (?) and the bullet cracks the ants hard shell for 3 damage! Ant Armor [1d6-1] = 1-1 = 0
Throm rushes ant 4 and his hammer falls wide, glancing off the creatures hard shell.
Ant Armor [1d6-1] = 6-1 = 5
Varrick slashes with his twin blades at ant 6 as well doing 6 damage with the first!
Ant Armor [1d6-1] = 2-1 = 1
Ant 4 brushes off Throms brutal attack and, turning, comes at him, mandibles gnashing,
Ant Bite[1d100] = 16 but the agile dwarf rolls away from the attack!
Ant 3 tries to bite at Varrick and hits but can't get through the scrappers tough leathers.
Ant Bite [1d100] = 34
Ant damage[1d4+1] = 1+1 = 2
Varricks Arrnor[1d6-1] = 5-1 = 4
Ant 2 also tries to bit Thorgrim but the jumping dwarf if far from its reach.
Ant Bite [1d100] = 98
Thorgrim ends his dodge and brings his axe down onto ant 1, slashing into its hard armor for 5 damage!
Ant Armor [1d6-1] = 4-1 = 3
Varricks second blade also finds a home between ant 6s nodes doing 4 damage and effectively cutting it in twain! Ant Armor [1d6-1] = 4-1 = 3 Its 2 body sections fall apart, legs twitching.
Ruken attempts to climb a tree but can't reach the branches.
round three...action!

Re: Tomb of the Builders
Since none of the ants seem to have spotted him yet (at least Ruken thinks that), the gnome will try to hide again, this time laying low on his belly so that the tall grass can work its magic. He silently whispers a cheer for everyone in the back, shaking his fist as he roots them on. "Yeah! Teach them ants a thing or two! Whooo!"

Re: Tomb of the Builders
Eirenaios rolls his arm, circling his sling for another strike and the bullet flies into the earth mound, missing its target, ant 4.
Throm brings his hammer down on ant 4 and smashes it for 10 damage, crushing its head into the grassy dirt. Its legs flay in the air then fall limp.
Varrick runs to the left of Thorgrim and aids in attacking ant 1, slicking through the Ants node connecting its body to its head, killing it!
Ant Armor [1d6-1] = 2-1 = 1
Ant 2 sees an opening and rushes toward Ant attacks 1-2 Eirenaios , 3-4 Varrick, 5-6 Thorgrim [1d6] = 2
Eirenaios biting frantically at the elf Ant Bite [1d100] = 8
and the elf nimbly rolls from the attack!
Thorgrim sees Varrick dispatch ant 1 and lunges after ant 2. His axe slices cleanly through a weak spot in the insects abdomen and cleaves it like an open banana!
Ant Armor [1d6-1] = 1-1 = 0
Varrick twirls his offhand dagger in a semi-impressive display, seeing no need for it to strike.
The battle is won!
edited to reflect Eirenaios dodge success. My fault!

Ruken the gnome jumps up from his hiding spot after some time and dusts himself off. His eyes are wide with excitement as he tries to relate to everyone what he saw. "We better get out this area at the very least. I found an old traveler while hiding and his bones were all munched up and snapped by them ants, all the flesh torn right off! If there are any more of those ants, which I'm sure there are, we'd be an easy meal if outnumbered."
He cups one of his ears and listens for any sounds from that two headed troll.

"Sounds like that big troll you described didn't hear us!" Ruken continues in a loud whisper. "Perhaps if we all move silently, we can sneak up on it yet."
