Rethor "Forgive me the bard is not a new fellow he comes here a few times a year and plays for us for weeks before he moves on to the other two towns near here."

Mathias stops and look at his feet. He ponders the thought of speaking up, but decides against speaking up in 'mixed company'. Conditioned by a few years of being treated poorly has him a little gun shy. And besides, he hates public speaking. Continuing to listen and stare at the ground, the dwarf stands.

Arastor looks at Rethor quizzically. "Has there ever been any other strange happenings around the time the bard arrives?"

Krakus- Arathor our town constable had stated that the bard has been traveling through the area alot. We should keep a watch on him.

Rethor "No he and his band have never been here when troubles have befallen. They've been travelling here for the last 3 years the attacks only started two full moons ago. The band was not yet here when that happened. Though there were here during the second attack."

Canis(Crow) scans the area, looking at the individual townsfolk but does not speak up.

Krakus- We are covering all possibilities. Rethor do we have anyone willing to donate some silver?

There is a bit of a stir as towns folk begin talking to one another eventually several of them stand up and say "You can have all the silver we have." or things like "Sure, just leave us enough ta eat with."

Rethor "Well it looks like there are plenty of folk willing to donate to the cause. I think you have your answers."

Krakus- In the morning please bring your silver to the weapon Smith in the morning. We only have tomorrow before the full moon to make these traps.

"Should we go to sleep now? We have a long day ahead of us"

Rethor and the Mayor/ Town Leader look around "Alright if there is no more meeting adjourned." with the the town folk file out in orderly fashion headed for home some for the tavern.

Mathias heads to the tavern for dinner and an ale

Pheras goes immediately to his room where he ponders his choice in coming here for a while before heading to sleep.

Krakus will head to the tavern with Mathias.
