Both appear to have been created for later editions, but they should still prove useful for campaign time-/record-keeping, especially if you can't lay hands on the '83 box set.

City Charter — posted at all gates
  • Arms and armor may be worn on the streets of the lower town. Weapons must remain sheathed and visible at all times to the naked eye on pain of forfeiture and a fine not to exceed 1000 gp. Business proprietors reserve the right to refuse service to armed/armored patrons.
  • Those entering Ratikhold (the upper town) must surrender all arms, armor and other implements of power (wands, scrolls, etc.) at the gate. Entry into Ratikhold is by invitation/chaperone only.
  • The crimes of murder, rape, arson, treason or theft of livestock are punishable by death by hanging.
  • The crimes of theft, assault, destruction of property, public drunkeness or debtorship are punishable by imprisonment, corporal punishment or fines — usually some combination thereof.
  • The public use of arcane magicks is prohibited except those spells exempted under the charter of the Wizard’s Guild. Any unauthorized spell use within the walls of Ratikhill will result in an audit and possible censure by the guild (for members), expulsion (for non-members) and possible legal action as detailed above.

    All court cases are remanded to the clerics of the Temple of Delleb for adjudication. Their decisions are binding and final.

So during our 2 year hiatus, Anna Meyer got around to the Archbarony in her Greyhawk Mapping project. Cool.
