Just had a thought - if you think my portrayal of Arnulf is taking away from what you want this game to be, send me a PM and I'll dial it back a little.

I realize that I'm playing him pretty goofy, and while I am enjoying the crap out of it I also don't want to be killing anyone's vibe if that's not the way they play.

I've rather been enjoying this being sort of a goofy game. Too few PBP games capture the goofiness that characterizes most in-person games, IMO.

I am disappointed, however, that you missed the opportunity to start that off with, "Cover me, Porkins."

Porkins! That's true though - my FtF game is one non sequitur after another. We hardly get anything done some nights.

Hyde is impressed with the jewel, but perhaps a trifle less than the others present. What we gonna do with this, hah? We can't carry it around with us, no. Word of this will spread like a pox, yeahh, then everyone be following us around, seeking favor or looking to steal it.

Now that we're in the middle of The Case of the Missing Gold, I'm guessing that most of the party is probably not that eager to entrust her with an extremely valuable item, fairly or not.
