The building collapses around the villianous trio, but that does not stop their assault!

Hot Streak aims at the hero's legs and shoots a burst of flames, expertly dodging the LG projectile while doing so. The hero's legs are now on fire, and effectively disrupts his attack, his glowing red fist hitting a nearby wall instead of Vorpal. The wall splinters from the fist's impact crater, and the after a dramatic pause, explodes violently! The whole wall, and perhaps half of the building now, is gone. LG, unphased by what is going on around him, only howls into even more chaotic laughter, charging at the red glowing hero with another series of attacks, this time all three of them hitting more solidly. Vorpal, not wanting to be left out in the assualt, fits in a nice sword slice of his own.

The hero still stands. With a fiery look in his eyes, the hero grabs Vorpal by the sword arm (yes, the sharp end) and lifts him in the air. Vorpal flails around, trying to fit in his follow-up punch, but finds the hero's grip to be too debilitating.

Everyone roll for a Coordination check. This will determine how you handle the building collapse, while inside it.

Actions!

Hot Streak Coordination Check [1d100] = 75
In hearing his true name gets a little pissed at Vorpal for using his true name but also knows he would only do so if he is truly in danger. Reacting he aims his next attack at the heroes face this time making the flame into three balls of fire about the size of tennis balls.
Init[1d100 +6] = 33+6 = 39
Fire Ball Strike [1d100] = 36

Vorpal Coordination Check [1d100] = 7
trying to free himself kicks out at the heroes face with both feet. "Blake Help me wiull yah!" he yells forgetting to call him Hot Streak.
Init[1d100 +6] = 1+6 = 7
accidentally rolled two inits for Vorpal but posted both here, the second roll was supposed to be a straight % i re-rolled the correct macro so take what you wish Ruke
Init[1d100 +6] = 15+6 = 21
Double Foot Kick [1d100] = 89

Genocide, seeing fire being blasted at the heros face and by extension Vorpal, laughs at the utter chaos that this whole fight is turning into, his purple and maddened eyes catching everything as he goes to the side, away from the fire projectiles and then drops low, aiming a kick at the heroes knee, attempting to crush it.

Coordination(50): [1d100] = 46

Initiative: [1d100+10] = 36+10 = 46, To-Hit: [1d100] = 99

LG takes advantage of the chaos and peforms a solitary, but strong strike at the hero's knees. It has a crippling effect as the hero yells in pain. He drops to one knee, and as this happens, Hot Streak's flame blast hits the hero smack in the face. The hero's balance is severely disrupted and is unable to counterattack, allowing Vorpal to finally kick his way free.

The building finishes its collapse. Hot Streak and LG manages to escape the worst of it, speeding away and jumping off of falling debris to safely reach the ground. Vorpal is caught in the building's collapse though, with the hero close by. He is currently under the building rubble. The green storm clouds start to show more activity as the lightning above speeds up in its crackling flashes, the thunder and winds accelerating.

It is at this point that green lightning bolts start to litter the ground from above, instead of from below. Explosions sound off all over the block and green smoke fills the air quickly. The sounds of howling creatures start to fill the air from all directions.

Actions and rolls please.

same question Hot Streak instead of LG though.
Hot Streak tries to help free Vorpal if he can see where he is.

Vorpal tries to recover himself from under the rubble.

Vorpal is unconscious for 2 rounds, and is not visible. The same can be said for the hero, but you do not know if he is unconscious or not.

The sounds of howling intensifies as it the echoes draw closer to the group. The sound of high-pitching charging of weapons can be heard as well, just like the weapons used in the training course way back on the abandoned island.

With the storm coming closer and their quarry buried under the pile of rubble Genocide's manic laughing grows quieter. He looks around before shrugging at Hot Streak.

"Perhaps they are dead?
Laid down on a stony bed!
It's as I've always said,
suffocation is awfully dread!

Genocide then begins to blend into the surroundings, using his super speed to leave the immediate area and watch the storm unfold from the nearest standing building...

Hot Streak due to injury cannot superspeed off and having a strange sense of camaraderie with Vorpal does not wish to leave the man behind starts digging through rubble trying to locate Vorpal to aid him.

[1d100] = 71 Hot Streak's Brawn Check

[1d100] = 45 LG's Awareness Check

Hot Streak quickly moves to the debris pile in his weakened state and starts to move huge chunks of building aside, hoping to find Vorpal in time. Still no signs of movement amongst the debris. While Hot Streak undertakes this laborous, LG slips on a cloak and speeds away to a higher vantage point. Upon reaching a building top, Laughing Genocide spots large groups of what look like men, moving around in the green smokescreen. Some of the figures are erratic and fast in movement, laying close to the ground, others are upright and appear to be carrying large items. The green smoke slowly starts to dissipate, revealing a few of the figures heading towards the collapsed building.

Genocide remains cloaked and hidden, simply watching the large grouping of what appear to be men. A large and demented smile plastered on his face as he thinks of the wonderful things he can do with his new playmates.

Genocide has been shrugging off the pain since he's, ya know, crazed and demented. But how hurt is the little fella?

Here's everyone's Health right now:

Hot Streak is at 70 out of 100 damage

Laughing Genocide is at 60 out of 130 damage

Vorpal is at 35 out of 100 damage (building collapse damage included)

-----

Hot Streak, after shoving another heavy piece of debris out of the way, finds one of Vorpal's arms. It shoots up and flails around trying to grab onto something. Look's like Vorpal is awake now.

The howling creatures finally reveal themselves as they exit out of the smokescreen!

Three of them approach Hot Streak, but keep their distance. They fidget around in hunched over positions and look like they are ready to leap, however, a large shadow appears behind them and seems to stop them. The large shadow brings an arm to its chest and then a few seconds later, a scanning device engages, a fan of light sweeping over Hot Streak and Vorpal's arm.

A serious of grunts and shrill sounds are heard, some of them coming from a ventilator of some sorts. The three mutants back away from Hot Streak, and then move around him towards a new section of the road. The dark figure steps out of the mist and approaches Hot Streak, holding out a monitor embedded in one of its massive gauntlets. A video feed engages and Symbiosis' face appears. A look of genuine surprise, and then amusement stretches across his green face.

"Greetings from the Creator." Sounds off the hulking mutant super soldier.

-----

As LG surveys the situation from above, he notices that as the smoke dissipates and clears away, more of these figures appear, LOTS more. LG is able to get a better look at them too. They all look like some sort of mutant soldier army. Some are big and hulking with armor and heavy weapons, others are slimmer and carry long rifles, and then there are those who wear no armor but appear more alien like than human. These three types of figures are now found by the dozens as they swarm the streets below. Shooting and clawing all the rest of the gangs away with ease. There are no more heroes left in the area to combat them. As you watch them do their thing, you notice that they are all heading towards one direction. Looking farther off in the distance, all you can see is this giant collection of smoke stacks, probably from some sort of factory or power plant, your not quite sure. LG also notices that they are ignoring Hot Streak and Vorpal for some reason...

Genocide watches the interaction between the mutants and Hot streak/vorpal, his maddened mental gears turning at the possible outcomes of this. Some part of him is sad that these mutants may not be new playthings, but then another part of him says that everything is his playthings and he should stalk and rip everyone apart, including Vorpal, Hot Streak, and Cowboy....

He listens to both sides of the argument in his head, thinking that for now he will wait and see what is happening. he looks off into the distance that the army seems to be heading in, confused and a little curious. He remains hidden and makes his way to the smoke stack location to find out what it is.

Hmmm, as twisted as it sounds, I sorta like the way LG is thinking, the direction this is taking. Refreshing really... I'd like to see how this plays out in the events to come

Hahah, Glad to know you approve Ruke!

And if it's involving LG... expect lots of dismemberment, mad laughter, and general shenanigans.

Hot Streak rolls his eyes "Greetings Symboisis. I see your new batch of creations have arrived. We've taken some actions to set some wheels of chaos into motion. But I suspect you already knew this. Enjoy the show?"

Vorpal uses Hot Streak as a sort of crutch while he gets his bearings and is not at all happy to see or hear Symboisis's voice and face again.

Just when I was starting to like LG he decides he wants to kill both of me.

In LG's defense, he wants to kill everyone and everything. It's a wonder he hasn't acted on his impulses from the start... perhaps this other side in his head is the reason? Hmm... This simple character may not be so simple... ;) 8-)

This is usually the case with good RPing and character development. A good player will more often then not breath new life into such a character with excellent story telling and descriptive actions. Sometimes when I create a simple character and spend some time with it, I learn new things about him, his experiences shaping him and revealing more that was locked away even from the player himself!

That's exactly what I do.

I create a base persona for each of my characters. something short and simple... a crazed mage(Alanis), half-orc slave pit fighter (Korok), demented science experiment(Genocide), etc... and then I just play them, letting their characters and personalities flesh themselves out. I don't even really write back stories anymore.
