It looks like we are close to finishing scene 5 and moving on to 6 now? If that is the case, I will refrain from posting until the new one emerges. I think Clark has played his part for now, just gotta wait for that party to get into full swing!

We advanced it to scene 6 right before Clark killed Vanessa & Kate went to Hell... but I didn't set up a new thread at the time. We just kept on going.

If I weren't really tired, I'd flag all your XP since the scene change... but I'm wiped out right now.

Hey, MC, I dropped 5 XP on that "Short Rest" move, so please find a way to drop a burning house on me or have Haro shoot me in the head a few times or something, and then frame me into some entertaining situation when I wake up. Otherwise those are wasted XP.

I was reading a thread about Poison'd on RPG.net... The game fell into the bad/wrong category there, so they had the "rape is bad, so the game must be about rape, how can you defend rape, you rapist?" argument. You know, "I define the game this way, and throw in some disparaging remarks about the author or artist, but I never played the game & I feel like using strawmen to show I'm serious about ending rape" discussion?

Loved it! Almost as good as the dramatica thing that Poison'd discussions apparently devolve to.

Poison'd is a really difficult game. The couple of times I've played it, it was a violent, horrible laugh riot, but I can imagine it being played "straight."

Just not by me.

It looks... fun. I wanted to read about it before I thought about playing it, though. Gamers and excesses are like ducks and water, I think. Poison'd seems like the thing everyone actually wants to play, really, but then we couldn't congratulate ourselves about it.

Hopefully I didn't shift gears too quickly in scene 7. You've all made the world go upside down, and I'm trying to make obstacles of allies, and predators out of prey.

Seth is duking it out with an actual angel.

I'm happy.

Your doing just fine Q.Q Elf. I'm enjoying the game. ;)

Okay, so as far as XP in Scene 6 goes--is it that any use of my Highlighted stats earned XP?

Max 1 XP per highlighted stat per scene.

If you have any Skin moves that give you XP under certain circumstances (such as the Hollow's "Better Than Nothing"), max 1 XP per move per scene.

Also, you can't get more than one String on a given character per scene, no matter the combination of moves.

Sasha you stupid B with a boy's name.

The Walking Dead just does some f'ing retarded s..t. Of course you have the dumb B who just lost her BFF Bob guard the prisoner named Bob, and of course she's going to get f'd over by Prisoner-Bob... because it's the Walking Dead, full of retards who are too stupid to get eaten by zombies.

F'ing Walking Dead... that wasn't a plot "twist". You saw that coming as soon as Bob opened his mouth when Rick had a gun on him. The twist would have been Bob not doing what he did at the end.

Hahahahahah

For one, this is the zombie apocalypse and you just captured these guys after a gun fight. WHY would you walk off with one of them alone? That's just being careless....

Yeah, I'd like to. It gets tough to walk back actions when you're all out of sync.

Ideally, we're up to date with Rukellian's next post. That's my intent, anyway. Either Clark steamrolls the Priest or he talks enough so that time catches up.

Then I'll hit up everyone's stories & get it going.
