Sad but understandable. :(

Good luck and I hope to adventure with you again sometime.

I think we lost Mr. Neyland. Not been active now for two weeks. :(

... if it will help, Vinnie can try to hack past the Anti-Hijack and engage Jump ... that might create a buzz and move the plot forward. :ugeek:

Seriously, I agree ... stall sad ... player want to play ... Vinnie do all he can at this point. ;)

Good timing-today was the day I planned to move forward without Nate. Sad to also move forward without the captain, but that does open up two crew spots now...I'll post an update in a while to move things.

How about a mutiny? Passengers? That would take care of the Captain and the security officer. Then we can finally name the ship.

What do you think about Olive and Eugene getting too nervous about the captain's decision-making and the two of them taking out Nate and Dars together?

Works for me. To bad Eugene put his gun back. He could really use it about now.

Mutiny seems a bit much and will set crew players againt non-crew going forward.
The alien seems a point if contention for some. If the Captain (NPC?) decides to brig the alien and September talks his way out, there isn't remaining friction and we jump off into adventure.

Don't think of it as a mutiny but as being relieved of command. With the captain and security officer relieved of duty, Olive will ascend to Captain, Carter, Eugene or Samantha will become 1st officer and/or security officer. That will leave two open positions in the ships crew that the passengers might be able to fill.

That position is about to open up. You could rig up gun mounts to your chair. :D

What if we take the Captain and Mr. Neyland into custody, then everyone meet in the passenger lounge to figure out the next step. If nothing else it will get this game moving again and let the passengers participate.

I don't want to imprison either they both helped a lot with the issues earlier that Carter was involved in.

This will sound totally self-serving; so my apologies in advance....but how about we advertise the Captain PC for anyone interested to take over and have Nate the Security officer resign over philosophical differences with the Capt./be called away on some kind of buisness/etc. upon landing here on Trieste and Loraine can roll into the Security position. Does this sound viable?

Just my two cents...:)

Yeah I assumed we'd roll Lorraine into the sec chief position before taking off from Trieste :)

On the other side of things, it would probably ease life if we dropped the cast by two rather than one and just had someone else take over as captain. I was thinking of something dramatic happening before takeoff...leaving a vacuum of authority and a ship full of cargo that's worth quite a penny...

Just to make sure that I have it correct ... Legal Weapons on Tristie include: Revolver, Pistol, Rifles, shotguns and bladed weapons.
Illegal Weapons include Assault Rifles, Machine guns and explosives.

Is that correct?
Are weapons from the Ship's locker available to crew on shore leave?
(obviously, the ship doesn't arm the passengers)

Should Vinnie continue to wait for more players to show interest or should I just post some rolls to get it over with?

Yes, and yes-except the locker is only available to those doing ship's business. Dads seems like the type to stick to the rules in cases like these...

If no one else has jumped in by the time I post next in an hour or so, we can get the party moving. Sorry for the delay on Friday-I thought I was going to have more chance to put together something interesting than I did.
