Strongarm 'Doc you heard as much as most of us, just us discussing what to do back at the wall."

For the DM:[1d100] = 29[1d20] = 11[1d10] = 5[1d8] = 4[1d6] = 2[1d4] = 4

[1d100] = 21 [1d20] = 17 [1d10] = 7 [1d8] = 5 [1d6] = 6 [1d4] = 1
[1d100] = 91 [1d20] = 13 [1d10] = 4 [1d8] = 1 [1d6] = 6 [1d4] = 2
[1d100] = 63 [1d20] = 2 [1d10] = 2 [1d8] = 5 [1d6] = 6 [1d4] = 1
[1d100] = 40 [1d20] = 6 [1d10] = 5 [1d8] = 3 [1d6] = 3 [1d4] = 3

As the group follows the indicators, arrows fly from an unknown hiding spot.
One hits Talaeseka's armor. It knowxks her back as it glances off of her full plate, just before another misses her completely.
Two other arrows miss the group by a wide margin.
Looking up instantly, you can see two archers disappear into a builing at the far north end of the burn.

Strongarm looks to make sure his companions are alright and then sets off in the direction of the archers. Gets two steps there then stops "I almost fell for that I suspect a trap here my friends."

"I guess they just assumed correctly in that the wall would turn away most... opening up intruders for ambush when they backtrack. Are you sure you all want to go back out there with who knows how many archers or mages in hiding, ready to sling their spells and arrows?" Of course, the doctor is still saying this as he his hiding behind everyone, staying near the wall still. "I'm not saying that we should abandon our missing comrade, but we would be playing right into their hands if we headed back out there and wandered aimlessly searching for someone..." Fezuul tries to show some consideration for the group's interest in finding their group member, but his cold inner personality starts to creep up more than he'd like, trying to be logical about all of this.

Strongarm backs away back down near the wall where the good Doctor is. "The problem is we are out numbered by our friends opinions. I am all for breaking the wall down or at least making an entry for us. I think we are as the saying goes between a rock and a hard place Doc."

Branc Temugen

Branc keeps his daggers drawn at the signs of the new threat.
"We are in danger whether we pursue or do not pursue. I doubt we would catch them, we may as well continue here, no?"

Strongarm smiles and takes out some of his tools and turns to the wall and starts on his work systematically taking out the important bricks to where structurally the wall will fall apart on it's own without these bricks. "Alright the wall shall come down."

Gilnes looks to his companions, and over to Talaeseka checking to make sure she is alright .

The dashing deliver of danger waits for Cobbler or Benson to be voices of wisdom... but seeking is not always finding, and as Strongarm begins his chipping away of the evil cults wall, Gilnes takes a few steps back and slides into a shadowy spot.

As I understand it the archers fired when we left the area of the wall.

cobbler will take up a position behind cover where he can still look out in case anyone is coming

The group temporarily considers charging forward outside, but chooses to remain near to the cistern's wall.
Alot of finesse is not being used as Strongarm looks for a weak spot.
Up top, another arrow misses Talaseka as she looks for assistance descending the toasted stairway.
Cobbler comes out from his cover to help her and she smiles before releasing and dropping below again. Another arrow misses Phineos while exposed.
Gilnes sees the bowman from where the last arrow flew and yet holds his position.
Branc uses the edge at the top of the stairs to watch the party divide.
Below:
Strongarm, Talaseka, Fezuul, Branc
Above:
Gilnes, Benson, Cobbler

Is this correct?

Strongarm continues but decides the safer way to take the wall down will just be to take brute force and not worry about a smart exploiting of weak spots. So he just starts tearing into hammering the wall with his tools. "It appears we haven't lost the archers from the sounds of things so lets just tear this thing down."

Gilnes checks the distance to the archer he saw, hoping to be able to return arrows.

For the DM: [1d100] = 35[1d20] = 8[1d10] = 9[1d8] = 3[1d6] = 3[1d4] = 1
DM edit: Yes, max distance

Moving to covered firing positions behind Benson's shield, Gilnes takes aim ready to loose.

For the DM: [1d100] = 16[1d20] = 18[1d10] = 8[1d8] = 4[1d6] = 4[1d4] = 1

Short-bow, :x
[1d20+4] = 10+4 = 14[1d20+4] = 1+4 = 5[1d6+1] = 2+1 = 3[1d6+1] = 1+1 = 2

Fezuul Lokvin will take a position in the shadows as well, not wanting to be right in front of the wall when it comes down.

Strongarm continues his work until the wall is down at least enough so that they all can walk through it. He does hold his shield up with one arm while working on the wall with his hammer in the other hand.

Cobbler stays up top behind cover, shield up peeking out to make sure there are no enemies charging their position while he waits for the wall to come down.
