Hi guys,

I'll be finishing my chr within a day or two, hopefully. Glad to be aboard.

FYI: I'm not sure of my internet availability from July 17-mid august. I **suspect** I'll have access with no problem, but no guarantees after the 24th or so. Heading to an area of China that might have been affected severely by an earthquake several months ago.

As the internet is a HUGE thing out here...I suspect it'll be ok, but last year we went to another place where there was an earthquake 2 years previous and the internet was hard to get.

So we'll see.

Some of you know this…some of you don’t.

Figured I’d post this, regardless.

Starting less than 24 hours from now, I’ll sporadic on posting for up to a month. While it’s possible I’ll have access to the internet in some stretches of time, there is an equal probability that I”ll be in an area out here that has NO internet access at all.

I’ll do whatever I can to get online during the next month or so at a pace of at least 1x/day..1x/2 days at the most, but I can’t promise even that. At some point, I might be lucky to get online on the weekend only (even that is a “maybe”).

So, if I don’t post, that’s why.

Just so you don’t think I’m like going to the slammer or anything: We’re going to be working with some earthquake relief organizations and people and going into relief zones in China. Follow up work as well as work in a recent area. These things take a lot of time during the days (usual minimum is 10 hours/day)…not counting meals, extra meetings, etc.

So…uhhh…there it is. .

I'm confused.
Is Kenelm's plan to rush across the field and try to close the distance to the enemy, or for all of us to rush a short distance from the treeline and hope they come in?

I think I've laid out a solid plan, but it is dependent on the person without missile weapons (Darius) acting as bait and the folks with the missile weapons (everybody else) to wait concealed and ambush the enemy.

What's Kenelm up to?

The same as you, I suppose. Except he plans to step just outside the tree line and wait for the creatures to come to him. Kenelm is not one for traps and ambushes. He wants to face the enemy openly and then defeat it. You can try grabbing his shirt collar before he steps out of the tree line, if you like.
