Blixx - Mutated Human

Blixx will attempt to keep up fire on the Ant-Lord, hopefully he can harass the enemy, and help divide his attention... for a moment at least.

Nor-jax will move into position behind the last morlock (b) and atttempt to brain it (or 'de-brain' it as the case may be) with his axe.

With so many others attacking the remaining morlock, Kapok instead steps into the breach, looking for more targets.

Seeing Jet not more than 20 feet away, he uses the rubble for cover while still maintaining visual contact with the former companion and attacks him with his Mind Thrust.

You used Mind Thrust last round. Do you want to wait a full round before attacking Jet?

You used Mind Thrust last round. Do you want to wait a full round before attacking Jet?

Oops. Sorry. Yeah, he'll try and get a swing at the remaining morlock, then, if there is room. He wants to keep his distance from Jet for the time being.

Initiative

Morlock(b) = [1d10] = 10

Kapok = [1d10] = 6

Jet-SoB = [1d10+1] = 4+1 = 5

Nor-jax = [1d10] = 5

Lorriss = [1d10+1] = 3+1 = 4

Militia Group = [1d10] = 3

Luke reaches the village healer who performs a Major Transference to heal him. A "lucky" goat serves as the donor, infusing 14 hit points into Luke.

Luke's current hit points are now 28.

Transference, Major = [4d6+4] = 10+4 = 14

The remaining morlock charges through the spears of the civilians and rakes one down the side for 7 points of damage!

Morlock(b), Axe = [1d20+7] = 12+7 = 19, [1d8] = 7 dmg.

Kapok takes up position behind the morlock, gaining advantage and sinking his axe for 8 points of damage! The morlock reels in pain.

Kapok, Axe = [1d20+2] = 9+2 = 11, [1d8] = 8 dmg.

Jet, the SoB, makes haste and moves off towards the East following the Chicken Jousters.

Nor-jax compliments Kapok's attack, hitting home for 6 points of damage! The morlock does not appear to be doing well.

Nor-jax, Axe = [1d20+2] = 20+2 = 22, [1d8+2] = 4+2 = 6 dmg.

Lorriss slings her bow, leaps off the wall and strikes the morlock with her mace for 3 points of damage. The morlock wavers and drops to the ground, dead!

Lorriss, Mace = [1d20+1] = 15+1 = 16, [1d6] = 3 dmg.

The remaining militia troopers scan the grounds outside the wall for new targets.

End of Breach Area round.

Blixx, Frank and Bart still have their turns.

I'll post Blixx's action next.

Frank and Bart still have to declare their actions. They are in the Tunnel Pit observing the enemy formations South of Caston.

I'm sorry; I thought I had stated this earlier....Frank is going to move in a wide flanking movement; as fast as possible while remaining somewhat stealthy (if that's possible) towards the bombard group. Once he's in range; he'll hurl the 'nade at the largest formation of badguys he can see.....

"Thank you healer," says Luke appreciatively. Grasping his weapons, he jogs back to the action.

As he gets closer, Luke slows and hides behind available cover to spot a target he can get the jump on. He'll wait a minute or two if necessary. Then when he finds a target, he'll fire his rifle.
Hopefully gaining a plus to hit.

Combat Round 11: Blixx, Frank and Bart

Initiative:

Blixx's Initiative = [1d10+1] = 9+1 = 10

Ant Lord & entourage Initiative = [1d10] = 8

Blixx's crash and subsequent attack on the Ant Lord has drawn all attention to him. The Ant Lord's forces shout commands and take action. Blixx fires once again at the Ant Lord, but the shot misses wide.

Blixx, Musket [1d20+1] = 6+1 = 7, [1d12] = 1 dmg.

One of the Ant Lord's Field Marshals draws down on Blixx and opens fire with an Automatic Rifle! The Rat-Tat of the rifle kicks up dirt in front of Blixx, but does no harm.

Arath Chen, Automatic Rifle = [1d20+2] = 6+2 = 8, [1d12] = 2 dmg.

Arath Chen, Automatic Rifle = [1d20+2] = 3+2 = 5, [1d12] = 3 dmg.

Another Ant Lord leader, a hulking brute with a snake head, fires a submachine gun at Blixx! With a Budda-budda, both of his shots miss; one just whizzing past Blixx's ear!

As Blixx ducks and dives to avoid the hail of bullets, he notices the Ant Lord's form shimmer in the dim lighting and he appears to shrink out of sight!

Frank, Bart, Kragg, Mysaurus and the rest of the group leave the pit and begin a flanking move to the South, making every attempt to stay out of sight.

OOC: This move will take multiple rounds before getting in range.

End of Round 11.

Luke, Nor-jax and Blixx have declared their actions for Round 12.

Frank and Bart will continue their movement for Round 12.

Kapok needs to declare an action.

He continues quietly and with sense on full-alert; but he gives a quick prayer to any gods that might be listening that his friends and the dwellers in the camp aren't too badly hurt by these vicious forces of the Ant Lord....

Round 12

Luke navigates through the streets of Caston seeking a private enclosure. He enters a small storage shack, bars the door and begins his Metamorph into his natural form.

OOC: Metamorph will be complete at the end of this round.

Nor-jax exits Caston through the wall breach in pursuit of Jet the SoB. As he rounds the wall, Nor-jax realizes that Jet has a significant lead on him. Unless he slows or stops, Jet will remain out of maximum spear range (60ft.)

Blixx’s initial target, the Ant Lord, has vanished from the field of battle forcing Blixx to change his action.

Frank, Bart and the rest of the crew continue to make a hasty move towards the bombard team. One of the rear militia troopers signals your group and you take notice of four chicken jousters coming around the palisade of Caston and heading in your general direction. They do not appear to have spotted your group.

What does Nor-jax want to do?

What is Blixx’s new action?

What do Frank and Bart do in regards to the new enemy threat?

What is Kapok’s action?

If Jet is still visible, then he should be in longbow range. Kapok will harass the retreating turncoat with arrow fire.

If he is no longer in sight, then Kapok will follow them and try to regain visual contact.
