Can Strom get by Kaltar and Fimmion and attack the trog in front of them?

Angered and frustrated, Grim, hopefully, continues to trade empty, ineffective blows with the slippery trog.

Scimitar [1d20+4] = 6+4 = 10 Thac0: 20 Damage:[1d10+3] = 7+3 = 10

Unlikely. You can certainly declare it as your action, but whether or not it will be successful will depend on a couple of factors:
(1) You guys need to win initiative,
(2) You would need to call out your intentions to those you're looking to pass, and
(3) Both Kaltar and Fimmion would need to slide to the side to create the space for you to pass.

Kaltar would potentially leave himself vulnerable (or with an attack disadvantage) if he does slink against the wall to allow you to pass and the troglodytes win initiative and are able to act first.

Shannigans will hug the western wall and jab at the creature attacking near Gwilt. (a8)

brought to new page to follow action easier... Not sure how to help Orek... If either trog dies this round, then maybe next? not sure if he has one or two more rounds left to bleedout...

quterstaff has a + on the Fin column. does that mean I get my dex bonus to hit? if so then my 2nd roll for my natural 20 will hit.

It may very well be a finesse weapon (I didn't check and certainly don't have the entire table committed to memory) but the outcome of last round will remain the same as 1.5 damage wouldn't have killed c4 (it had 10 hit points).

That is less likely than making your way south. Grim is in the single-file passageway, and so is the creature behind him (c2).

Is there any way of getting by Kaltar to help bind Orek's wounds? Trying to save him from bleeding to death. If I cannot get that far, I will try to help Darrin and do the same.

You can't reach O'rek without getting through c5. Reaching Darrin *may* be possible, but c5 is standing over him (and Strom is itching to get past you, which moves you further away).

Hmmm, guess I'm going to have to let Strom get by me. I just wish there was some way for me to use my magic right now without affecting anyone nearby (friendlies).

Gwillt moves to the right while advancing on the lat trog he can see and attempts to finish him off...

To Hit, Scimitar [1d20+4] = 3+4 = 7

But fatigue and blood loss are taking their toll on him, causing him to miss judge his swing.

Full of fury, Strom shouts at Kaltar and Fimmion Let me through!

If he can he will move and engage the trog, even if it puts him in the path of a hit. He will shield his two companions with his own body as he attempts to attack and kill the trog. Strom is enraged and his focus in on killing every trog ever born.

Attack:
[1d20] = 17
Damage:
[1d8+1] = 5+1 = 6

I hope this works, this is Strom's best attack roll yet. FURY IS HIS FRIEND!!

To the North
Angered and frustrated, Grim swings another ineffective blows against the slippery trog to the north (c2). The beast continues to press the attack against the barbarian and is equally ineffective in striking the half orc.

Stuck in the Middle
Strom, full of fury, begins to rush south. "Let me through!" he shouts at Kaltar and Fimmion. The cleric and chef succumb to the knights demand and witness the flash of armor storm past them, followed by a slash of steel as Strom's bastard sword successfully slices into the scales of the vile beast. The creature, startled at the appearance unexpected opponent, attempts to switch the target of its attack from Kaltar to Strom and misses badly.

To the South
Shannigans hugs the western wall and jabs at the creature attacking near Gwillt, catching the beast with his short blade. Almost immediate afterwards, Epsilon raps the creature with another near perfect blow from the second rank, stunning the creature. Gwillt hopes to finish the trog off but fatigue and blood loss are taking their toll on him, causing him to miss judge his swing. The beast pulls his foot back after being stabbed by the halfling and debates for a moment to turn its rage against the hobbit. It decides to keep its focus on Gwillt, and the ranger is able to safely avoid the forceful jab sent in his direction.
