I am on my second week of being sick and working on my 2nd z-pack. This stuff is nasty this year had strep and the flu at the same time and the flu is just lingering.

I try very hard to not play a completely dominant character in every game I'm in. I don't have the time or energy to do so and, frankly, it wouldn't be much fun for anyone. I'd prefer more interaction from the other players; thus, I try and provide opportunity for that by not hogging a conversation.

But that's all I can do...

Greystone just made level.

He's taking the average HP instead of rolling, so 3.

Also bumped Find/Remove Traps, Move Silently, and Hide In Shadows, adjusted Backstab, THAC0, saving throws... think that got everything.

Purvan recently leveled up to Thief3...

Apologies fellers for being awol the past few days > but I'm afraid it's gonna be a pattern through May and into June until school is out. Slave to the grind all day then passing out by 9 every night. Getting old...

No worries, Big G. Work has been beating me up badly this last month as well.

And on the subject, I can certainly sympathize with the need for more sleep to stay healthy and focused. I used to forgo sleep but always suffered the consequences one way or another. Could and did so as a young man all the time, but that was then and this is now! Sometimes I get home and just crash out straight away (which explains why I've been up and online here since midnight, btw!

)

I know we all love the game. Even vet players can get impatient at times when craving the action. But causing oneself undo stress & a lack of sleep due trying to force the game is just unnecessary, really. Besides (and especially with PbP), always prefer a quality over quantity game every time!
