Although I made Odger a ranger, no issue if I need to switch to a basic class.

Just Basic. You can make him a ranger like fighter, but he will just be a fighter. I need to read the AC rules one day.

Will you allow a re-roll of ability scores? I rolled 16, 11, 6, 8, 12, 4. Compared to everyone else I seem to be a little 'under-powered'. Not sure if the dice just hate me or if the others took a couple of re-rolls.

Ahh yes, forgot to ad that to the house rule, as this came up in the other game.

My quick DM fiat ruling is . "i will make a easy house rule. You can carry 50lbs outside of your armor. Otherwise get mules and horses and the like."

Yes, in most cases they can be retrieved.

I will roll for them if you do not, I prefer if you roll for them. I keep track of their hit points and saving throws and so on.
