Languages
I do not play with Alignment languages, instead folks know the common "trading' language so that they are able to get basic purchases even if they cannot speak the language.
Hit Points
0 means the character is knocked out, -1 means the character is dead.
Initiative
Not playing with weapon speed, but two handed weapons always go last. For speed in combat, one player will roll the initiative for the entire party. And will be rerolled each round.
