Now that is a death! The last thing that went through his mind RIP Yarnold.Stirling wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2024 4:43 pm
Yarnold, surprised that he was not winning initiative on the dwarf skeleton, his swing interrupted and with him being summarily lifted off his feet as the spearhead goes through his chin, lifting him off his feet and dangling like a skewered ragdoll as the point breaks out his cranium leaking blood and grey matter in runny matted streaks. The last thing that goes through his mind is literally a cold iron and rusted blade. His eyes cross together in an exaggerated glassy squint.

No worries. If you want to join later, it shouldn't be a problem to work in 4 0-level characters. I don't foresee a third funnel for quite awhile, but we can work in new players and their 0-levels through story lines that will evolve.grokkngrognard wrote: ↑Tue Mar 19, 2024 9:03 pm I hate, hate, hate doing this but I’m withdrawing from this game. There’s a lot going on right now so it’s just better for me to drop out than later.

Hello all! Thanks to alebelly for running this game and for letting me be a part of the next funnel! I have only recently discovered this game and have played thru one funnel (my entire playing DCC experience thus far), but it was a blast!
I went to the purple sorcerer site and hit the ol' 'bring out your dead' button and here's what I got.....should I just move these to the Character Thread?

Re: OOC 1
Hi all,
I am having a routine medical procedure Friday which will put me out of commission most of the day. Monday after I'm heading to northern England's Lake District for just over a week to do some hillwalking and then watch the best football team in the world. I will be able to give some updates but the pace will likely be slowed. Look for a first post on the second funnel tonight/tomorrow and we can get started on that.

Re: OOC 1
Sorry all. The next update is a big one and taking me awhile to compile. Realistically next one will be Saturday, as I got a fun, but very demanding "special assignment" at work this week.
Should be back on regular posting schedule Wednesday when the special assignment is over, but I do commit to having updates to both Chapters on Saturday. Thanks for your patience, all!
