Feel free to copy and make notes/basic changes. Name your mule, colors etc.

Weapons: Weapons come in 3 varieties, if not noted it is assumed average. Can also have Light (25% lighter) or Heavy (25% heavier). All 3 types impact is modified by type and users Strength, see Combat 3, custom weapons in sidebar.

In your case, Str 19, Light are 100% (impact x1.0), Average are 120% (impact x1.2), or Heavy are 140% (impact x1.4).
Example:
Light Trident, Wt 4.5 lbs, WQ 12, A/D 20/15, HM -10, impact 4 * 5
Average Trident, Wt 6.0 lbs, WQ 12, A/D 20/15, HM -10, impact 5 * 6
Heavy Trident, Wt 7.5 lbs, WQ 12, A/D 20/15, HM -10, impact 6 * 7

Keep in mind your encumbrance is based on weight. Your Armor/clothing weights are modified by your size (x0.8 in your case)
Encumbrance = total weight (Armor+Weapons)/Endurance
I assume you will be dropping any backpack/side bag for combat, if not you add that in too.

We have been leaving our equipment and sheet right here. Then you just go in and edit whenever you change something. You can delete and re-attach a new sheet too.

Sounds Good, for reference the armor and weapons are on the character sheet only.

I could not find the weights for the normal equipment -can you point me to it?

The weights for everything else isn't in the rules. Here is a link to some free price lists with weights. Feel free to use whichever one is easiest for you they are pretty close to each other. Lots of other good stuff on the site too.
