Schrodinger's Skills

I've filled out all the character sheets with the exception of skills. All characters can start with three skill slots, modified by Intelligence. There are four categories of skill use:

*Unskilled. Successful on 20+
*Proficient. Successful on 15+. Costs one slot
*Skilled. Successful on 10+. Costs two slots.
*Expert. Succussful on 5+ Costs four slots

Schrodinger's skills allows the players to retroactively declare they have a skill -- alchemy, the ability to speak an additional language, animal handling, etc. -- as the situation requires.
