CHiP starts trying to figure out whom to call at these two local hospitals or if he can find the correct emergency response coordinator.

Sidestep teleports down to the evacuation, looking to start taking patients. There is a lot of confusion on the ground people are trying to escape, emergency response is trying to triage the victims. Once he convinces a paramedic that he can get him to the hospital faster then him, he stands there for several seconds before disappearing.

Wind Dragon turns on his force field and flies above the flames and near the smoke and creates some small wind funnels that pulls smoke from a limited area up faster and away from the people. On the surface there appears to be little gain from this, but perhaps there is something less obvious happening.

Eclipse turns on his force field and along with Azir the duo of heroes heads for the park where the last of the "bald children" were seen. As the duo approaches the park and the spot they disappeared they feel (or see in Eclipse's case) the ground beneath their feet vibrating and the pair almost feels as if the very gravity of the Earth disappears for a moment as they approach that spot. There is an audible humming sound coming from the general area the "children" disappeared.

Sidestep

Sidestep will continue working with the hospitals and first responders to get the injured to safety and the care they need. He will bring additional people or equipment back from the hospitals to the site as needed to help the first responders.

Eclipse and Azir find pretty easily where this potential ship is (with the noise, the shaping ground and Eclipse's detect metal ability) and the duo is next to whatever it is that they are detecting.

Sidestep is working on zeroing in the exact spot so that he can transport his first person that is in need of medical attention.

The fires and heat appear to be bothering Wind Dragon is flies about the fire. He continues to focus on these small wind funnels that are pulling very dark smoke up them.

They can't see it? This post assumes she thinks it is invisible.

Azir leaps for where she thinks the ship is and tries to damage it so it can't fly.

No idea what to roll here.

I assume what you mean is that you are attempting a leap and crashing into whatever is in your way (this invisible thing). Think a football linebacker applying a hit to a wide receiver coming over the middle of the formation.

If this is correct the mechanic is a Move Through

OCV -v/5
DCV +0
Damage is 11d6 + v/3

Your max velocity is your max leap distance, but you can only accelerate 5" per hex travelled. If you Roll to hit (normal _3d6) and damage _14d6, I will only applied the first number of dice that apply

Please note that if you do not (a) knock the ship back or (b) punch through the hull you will also take full damage (you get your defenses). If you do you take 1/2 damage and then get your defenses.

There is no action reaction, so you do not need to worry about this.

Please include an attack roll and include a STR damage roll to try and hold it back.

DCV = 11 +8 - 11 = 8-

STR dmg (I hope I have this right at STR/5=35/5=7d6:

For Eclipse and Azir the wind starts to really kick-up. Eclipse focuses on grabbing the ship with his magnetic grabbing power. Azir leaps in the direction of ship and hits it squarely, but not seeing the ship she does not land the greatest blow. It does place a big dent into the craft but she does not break through the hull. (She takes the full damage rolled before defenses.)

The invisible vehicle does break Eclipse's grasp and gain some altitude. The pair of heroes thinks that it is perhaps 5 hexes above the ground from the various senses and tests that they can sense.

Sidestep teleports his first victim of the fire to the local hospital.

Wind Dragon stops what he is doing an flies down into the fire disappearing from view. The smoke funnel that he had previously created remains.

Eclipse will attempt to maintain distance to the ship. If he can do so without hitting Azir he will shoot a plasma blast at it:

OCV: 7-1 (move) +1 (skill) =7 (not sure of any range modifiers, but he does have a range skill level of 1 as well)

Attack: [_3d6]=(4+2+4)=10

DCV : 11+7-10=8-

Damage: [_10d6]=(1+2+4+3+3+4+6+4+5+5)=37 stun, 10 body.

Azir remains holding onto the invisible craft landing another blow on the craft damaging it (slightly) with her punch. Eclipse maintains his balance with all the wind and gravimetric effect and he fires a Plasma blast at the bottom of the craft damaging it more. It appears that this craft is made to a take a least a little pounding. The craft continues to rise in the air. It (with Azir) are now 15 hexes (30m) above the ground, thankfully Azir is not afraid of heights.

Sidestep is orienting himself to return from the teleporting his first victim of the fire to the local hospital.

Wind Dragon remains out of view and in the area of the fire.

If she can get a hold of the hole and rip it larger she will, otherwise she punches again.
