Tove
Starts towards the door and then hesitates, first glancing in Vatn's direction. If he too starts to move, she will continue to the open doors.

Re: Episode 5 - Purging the Witch
If Nesta doesn't see anything at the rear of the property, he rejoins the others again.
"This place looks.........rather interesting."
"HELLO? Is there anyone home?"

Re: Episode 5 - Purging the Witch
Thorily looks a bit worried, wrinkles spreading across her face.
"I...I don't like this. At all. Something is off, don't you sense it as well?"
She closes in on the door along with the others, but remains a good 20' behind them, trying to keep some sort of lookout across the garden.
How can Hildgrid afford all this? Is there some truth to the rumors after all? No, can't be... She seems like such a nice lady!

Re: Episode 5 - Purging the Witch
Thrainel follows along at the back of the group with Thorily. We should be alert. If I wanted to make something look like a trap, I think I would make it look like this...
Re: Episode 5 - Purging the Witch
Tove
Nodding to Vatn, she steps warily through the doorway, moving forward slowly, making sure the others can safely enter.

Re: Episode 5 - Purging the Witch
Thorily looks sideways as to take in anything that might give a clue to what's happening.
She says in a low voice:
"No, this is not a trap, not in the conventional way. I think she wants us to enter."

Episode 5 - Old Town District of Ravenglass
Time: early afternoon
Turn 1 - Round 4
Mudlark is not visible from the party's position. She would be climbing either at the side or behind the obstacles such as house or orphanage building. Let's also give Bob at least one round to make rolls for Mudlark until she is spotted by other characters. She may be delayed a few rounds
Beyond the double open gates, the stone walls are lined with a continuous hedge of green leaves and tiny white flowers similar to Chinese privet, covering the inside walls with hanging tapestries of green marred randomly by tiny bursts of white. The dual rutted carriage path loops from in front of you to the front door of the orphanage and then circles back around to near where you stand. This path is lined with huge clumps of sphagnum moss trimmed into geometric and whimsical shapes. Meanwhile, the voices of young girls issues from the orphanage building.(Distance to the orphanage front door is approx 60')
An extremely fragrant, almost pungent scent assails your nostrils. Some people find the odor pleasant, while others find it overpowering.

No answer except for the dangling windchime

After a few rapid sneezes, Tove can recompose herself and Vatn remains unaffected.

Turn 1 - Round 6
Giant bees, also called "killer bees," are gathering pollen from the nearby flowers. These footlong giant bees can have nasty tempers. Giant bees always attack anyone within around 30' of their hive, which seems to be doubtfully around the same distance Tove and Vatn are located at the moment...
Rumors have it when a giant bee attack hits, the bee dies, but its possible to be killed from such a creature's sting... abrupt and not for the faint hearted...
Can one of the players please make three rolls? 1)Roll 1d6 for number of giant bees appearing, 2) roll 1d6 initiative for the party vs 1d6 initiative for the bees to take action first. Finally, also please make a 3) reaction roll of 2d6 for the bees reaction... You also may know something about giant bees if you can make a successful Knowledge roll, 1d20 <= your characters INT score,

Vatn
# giant bees [1d6]=6
Party Initiative [1d6]=2
Bee's Initiative [1d6]=6
Bee's reaction roll [2d6]=10
If it counts Vatn gets a +1 reaction roll due to his Chr.
Bee's reaction roll round 2 [2d6+4]=7+4=11
If Vatn gets his reaction adjustment they are friendly, if not:
Bee's reaction roll round 3 [2d6+4]=9+4=13
The bee's will be friendly at by round 3 if not round 2.
Vatn will hold and try to be still and calm.

Tove
Tove will follow Vatn's lead and remain still, unless a few steps would take her outside the bees circle of aggression.
Intelligence check vs 10 Int. [1d20]=4

Re: Episode 5 - Purging the Witch
Thorily will finally move in after the others. She'll try to avoid the scent, but if that's not possible:
Save vs. breath (16): [1d20]=16
Thorily covers her eyes, mouth and nose with the sleeve of her fine dress and somehow manages to stagger through the scent more or less unaffected. Not bad for a scholar!
"Hey! *caugh caugh* Why the hurry, we're like sheep running towards the wolf."
She sees Vatn waiting patiently for the bees to leave him alone.
INT roll vs (16): [1d20]=4
She stops and mimics Vatn, staying absolutely still, hoping the bees won't see her as a threat.
"That's....not good. Stay still everyone.*
