Menace Under Otari
Re: Menace Under Otari
Khawla
Knowing she is in bad shape Khawla doesn't engage the kobold, but does first aid on herself.
Medicine [1d20+6]=11+6=17 [2d8]=7 regular [2d8]=14 + for critical
Treat wounds, takes 10 minutes. I think that heals 7hp.

Re: Menace Under Otari
Tumbler senses are slowly coming back. He must have been knocked out, he remembers pressure from being hit but nothing after. He blinks a few times while things appear to be in slow motion before him. The priestess is right in front of him and she looks in bad shape. The kobold and Elwood are fighting, the sound of the sword hitting armor helps bring Tumblers mind back into focus.
He sees all the blood covering himself and realizes that the priestess must have healed him. He starts helping apply first aid on her, its the least he can do.
Lemme help, ye saved my life...

Tuga knows he has to move to flank if he has not already.
stratagem [1d20+7]=5+7=12 Glaive[1d20+5]=1+5=6 Dmg [1d8]=3
He moves so he is on the opposite side of Elwood and strikes.
To Hit: 12 I did not add any bonus for flanking, did not know if I could when I struck.

Watching his companions engage the Kobold, Gurkan briefly delays his attack, carefully sizing up the situation. He hurls his hammer at the Kobold the moment he spots an opening

Re: Menace Under Otari
Inner Sea Region, Starstone Isle, Otari Fishery Basement
Desnus, Starday 6, 4719 AR, Approx. 12:15 AM
Khawla and Tumbler are huddled together off to one side of the chamber, healing and bandaging each other, while the rest of the group tries to take down the lone Kobold. Elwood and Tuga converge on the creature, but in the darkness, they do not see the large steel traps the Kobold has laid for the unwary. As the traps are sprung, both are able to avoid major wounds, but their shins still get gouged by the teeth of the trap! Bloodied, the pair attack, with Tuga attempting to flank the Kobold, but being gimped up from the traps, both of the companions fail to hit their foe.
Having avoided both attacks, the Kobold hisses and jabs its shortsword at Elwood's head, slicing through the Dwarf's sideburns, but not hitting flesh. The Kobold hisses in frustration and is about to jab at Elwood again when a flying hammer slams into its chest, knocking it back a step or two!
Gurkan lets out a triumphant whoop as he and Lulu move forward for the next round.

Re: Menace Under Otari
With grim determination, Elwood strides forward, intoning words of doom. His falcata nearly runs the Kobold through, such is the force of his thrust. The creature screams in agony...and even that is cut off abruptly, when Tuga cleaves the Kobold in the back with his glaive, dropping it to the stone floor in a splash of blood.
It's screams echo through the chamber for a moment, before fading into silence. There are no more foes, and the companions are battered and bloodied, and weary.
Good job!

Khawla
Khawla finishes up first aid on herself (10 minutes total).
Then, "Anyone need me to tend their wounds? I am out of healing magic."

Elwood "I think tha better question is who don't need it." he says wiping off his blade on the cloak or clothing of the dead kobold.

Re: Menace Under Otari
Could we get a hp update?
Re: Menace Under Otari
Tuga, after making sure the Kobold is dead, goes around and starts tripping the other traps with the end of his glaive.
""I'll patch you up after I make sure safe."
After the traps are safe, Tuge will have a quick look around.
perception [1d20+5]=6+5=11

Gurkan
he was trying to draw us in
he says nodding at the traps
careful Lulu, there might be more
while his companions tend to the wounded he dedicates time searching for any missed traps

PC Stats & Effects:
Elwood - AC 17, HP 16/22
Gurkan - AC 18, HP 13/19
Khawla - AC 18/16, HP 17/17
Tuga - AC 17, HP 6/18
Tumbler - AC 18, 10/20, wounded 1
Lulu - AC 16, HP 12/14
With Tumbler working on her and her own ministrations, Khawla is up to full.
As Elwood indicated, everyone is wounded.
Gurkan spies another metal trap laid out by the Kobold Trapmaster. It is on the floor just before the stairs going down. It is easy to spring with a weapon or a dead body.
I don't want to push you guys into anything, but now might be a good time to head back upstairs for some rest and to regain spells.
Plus...another player is waiting to join the game
