I will use this forum to post details and information on NPC's, whether they are other Resistance members of Ministry of Our Hidden Mistress, (I will create an npc character for each of the playable classes who could also be used as a pre-gen for other players).

NPC's might otherwise be significant people in a street, district or have city wide influence or be character bonds.

Each NPC character profile page may be continually updated in response to character actions and how you bear influence upon them.

Character bonds generated through character creation may be kept private rather than public if players prefer though do note your relationship to them in your character sheet.
