SI is the first digit of your ML score. So you currently have a ML of 36 so your SI is 3. Your range is line of sight max 9 feet. Time to use is 12 seconds concentration (just over 1 combat round). You gain 3 fatigue levels (3FL) when you use it. Brain strain.
To cast a spell you use the appropriate Convocational ML for the spell.
Currently your ML/SI are:
Neutral ML 51, SI 5 (note this is used for Dispell and Zyna's Tap, Focus is Neutral but you use the Convocation you are creating the Focus for, in your case Jmorvi)
Jmorvi ML 72, SI 7
Next you subtract the Spells level x5 (this is noted next to the spell on your sheet, ie -15 for a level 3 spell)
Next you subtract any FL x5 (FL = Fatigue Level)
Next you subtract the total of your IL's x5 (IL = Injury Levels, ie M! =1 S2 =2 etc)
Next you add any Focus bonus if you are using a Focus. ( am assuming you have a Jmorvi Focus at +7, but we need to add it to his equipment)
The final total is your EML which you roll against to calculate your success level.
Success level is as follows:
CS 05 or any roll ending in 0 or 5 that is equal or lower than your EML
MS any other roll equal or below your EML
MF any roll above your EML not ending in a 0 or 5
CF 00 or any roll above your EML ending in 0 or 5
CS no FL gained, any CS notes under spell description achieved
MS 1 FL gained, spell is cast as per description
MF 1 FL gained, spell is unsuccessful
CF 2 FL, spell does not work as intended but: any CF notes under spell description occur and a roll is made on the Spell Misfire Table (1d100)
