Travel to Regiment to extract the Cross family from their farm
Patrol North
Patrol South
ELINT / Sensor Ops
Security Duties at the Farm Compound (main gate and several square kilometers of immediate sheds, barns, etc)
Work detail on the farm (labouring, mending fences, etc)
Protecting the Volunteer Workers

Freya's team will take EW role (That's their job) but need to get the sensor placement part done before they can do much useful detecting.

Also - We need to have secondary operating locations or we are going to draw attention to our base by suddenly having new radio patterns; vehicle movements, etc. Should we look to a real-estate agent for suitable locations e.g. Observing the opposition's HQ; Near the Cross Family Residence; Not far from the main base; etc. Similarly some fake IDs so we can hire local civilian transport would be good - just nicking it would work but is a danger as people report that stuff.

That last one might be useful when the opposition do figure out what's going on and they try and (belatedly) to snatch hostages. [e.g. Their snatch teams will be high-value targets (training wise) and will leave expensive kit in the nearby streets, unattended!]

Also we need some locations where we can lose ourselves in crowds in case we pick up tails or satellite obs.; we need to find the civilian comms nodes so we can tap into those (and see if the opposition have tapped into those already)

Would Don/Klaus be interested in joining the Colonel in retrieving his family? It might be worth splitting his squad into two for this mission.

Prerna and her team donned the appropriate disguises and scouted the farm, noting possible defensive positions and possible avenues of attack and overlooking terrain that could be used against them.

Just to clarifying the reason for having Prerna secure the farm.

Frank is going with the team to collect his family, so he needs Prerna and Jess to stay at the farm so if something happens to him they can complete the mission.

He trust Prerna and her team to secure the farm for the company.

Klaus and his team have strong recon skills, and as new recruits are less likely to be on SuSAGs radar.

Of that lineup only Asels is not Recon trained.

It'll be grav, it's a long trip, maybe half the planet. and we need to ask the locals for the best suggested route to miminise the chances of being stopped. In a straight line it's some thing like 14 hexes, each hex is 700km (435 miles), so around 10k km (6213 miles)

Frank can drive grav, but let's take Asel. He can focus on being the wheel man and Frank can back up if needed.

We need to wear civvies and only take standard pistols and rifles in case we get pulled over. It might be worth hiding something a little more interesting in the vehicle if we think we have a decent hiding place.

Frank has been in semi-regular contact with his sister, so that'll be the starting point.

Striker treats vehicles as a "skill pool" (with the morale of the commander) so as long as someone aboard has Recon you're good.

The family have gone, the "friends" didn't bring the fish-and-chips they promised, so I've just dapped down to one of the local hotels to buy Cod and Chips. Sarah "had her fish and chip space ready" and nothing else would do. £36. For two. Tourists drive the price up.

Tomorrow I should finish the clean-up after the Big Weekend+, then maybe I can get back to all this.

Are there any other company members who hale from Tarsus? The Colonel's family is risk #1, but if that is mitigated, who else may enter the firing line?

There may be some who have family connections (e.g. Nilsson) and would therefore be vulnerable. However, it seems that no matter how ruthless they are SuSAG has taken a "corporate approach" to SEMC and so far has targeted only the SEMC senior officers in a "decapitation strike" rather than trying any other approach.

I'm hoping Nilsson is such a new recruit they won't have any intel on him.
