Lost Username

Microsoft kindly updated the operating system on my PC and consequently lost all of my username/passwords for all my websites.

I have managed to recover many, but cannot get into the dice-roller.

I attempted to reset my password (which apparently worked) but it is now saying that the username doesn't exist.

As I haven't typed my username into the dice roller for at least too long to recall, can you help?
