I'm going to need a bit of help here. It's not clear to me where you're looking to have them added.

Also, for this... I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of creating a different system for this. What you were asking was to basically dump all the posts made in various different private forums into a single topic. That, no offense, would create/result in an unorganized mess.

Instead, I created a new private forum (that only you and the site admins have access to) and placed it just beneath your own private forum and the public sub-forums for the different settlements:

As you'll be able to see, the unneeded private player forums have been moved into this new private forum where they're all remain neatly organized and easily referenced; which, I'm assuming, is what you were looking to maintain.

I get it. I think, especially for someone maintaining such an impressive list of players/characters, this will be a good, easy to manage solution going forward.

I may need to add more as the Barrowmaze Co-op is actually run by another player (Ogre Mage) and recruits from other players to form a separate 'members only' group to share their discovered secrets, gnostic wisdom and spell craft, treasure and co-operate naturally, to explore together.
