Character generation come on now. It's not like i am running a level 0 DCC funnel game. I've done that as a player it kinda sucks when none of your 4 characters survives.

I am going to visit family and will most likely be off line until Sunday as my only internet will be my work laptop and I don't know if it will connect to the Unseen Servant (it doesn't at work). No matter what I will be less active. Please feel free to NPC my character.

Unacceptable Rex! Just kidding! Will do and enjoy your visit with family.

Sorry I haven't moved things on one team is getting in a lot of posts and the other I am waiting for others to post and SilverBen to finish up character creation. On top of I think missing a post from 1 player "evil" side. I have also had a lot of busy time at work lately end of a school year, students returning devices to me and teachers asking for things or wanting me to look over their computers (finally) or finally deciding to move from the old laptop to the new I gave them months ago. So it's been a little hectic work side lately. So I've dragged my feet forum game side a bit lately.

Yeah and I think all the folks in your group have posted at least twice lol since I put up the intro but you haven't yet. (Granted I am still checking maybe you have and I just haven't seen it yet.)

Sorry I haven't been too active. I've been working a lot of overtime at work and wrapping up Spring Quarter with school. I should be done with school next Wednesday, that should free up a lot of time to focus on AD&D.

indeed all is good. So long as all the players understand my games tend to be fairly slow paced more specifically so that we all can still deal with RL. ;)

My intent is to have a DM update once per week maybe more maybe less depends on the scenario or situation if you are active combat probably a couple updates per week. just stuff like this starting bit probably less posts from me per week maybe 1 real update. Speaking of which I should work on posting now that all PCs are made and have at least posted 1 time minus Raven...

No pressure from for me on pace, GreyWolf. So far so good from my perspective. The benefit of playing PBP games for me is I can give the scenario some thought and make a meaningful post, rather than impulsively or reactively posting something I would regret later in a tabletop game. I have run several successful and (many less than successful) PBP games and define "meaningful posts" as ones that advance the story or character arc.

One more important note I have not mentioned about my posting and response time, I play a cleric in real life and am not available online during the Jewish Sabbath. This recurs weekly from about two hours before sunset (in New Jersey) on Fridays until about two hours after sunset on Saturday. The actual duration is seasonal, with the summer months tending to be longer than winter ones. I only ask your forbearance if I don't respond during these times.

I remember when I was taking my Bar Mitzvah lessons in Ottawa, I was "supposed" to follow the rule,,,

Being 12 and wanting to read my comic books during my breaks in secret was really funny (I did it in the closet with a flashlight -

I studied at his home.)

That's awesome Ben! Yeah I like this group and forum for that matter. I like slow pace even though sometimes I feel that I'm behind. But I really enjoy this forum.
