Leo knocks another ball into the pocket which lines him again. His next shot knocks another ball into the pocket but the que ball has too much momentum and falls into a pocket as well. Snickering, the little man reclaims the que ball and sets up his shot on the 8-ball.
Leo - 5
Opponent - 7

The shot proves a little more difficult than first thought, however the man is able to sink the 8-ball and claim victory of the game.
Pool: 7d10t6 2 [7d10t6=4, 8, 3, 10, 2, 2, 4]
Looking over at the rail, it is empty of quarters. He looks at Leo and says "Want another go?"

"Sure," the guy responds, "best of three."
Once the balls are racked, he breaks the balls again, a better spread than the first game. He takes solids again as two balls drop into pockets. He follows this up with two more shots, pocketing two more solids. His next shot is not as direct as the others and he scratches the ball, leaving the targeted ball behind.

Pool: 7d10t6 5 [7d10t6=10, 3, 6, 1, 7, 7, 6]

Placing the que ball where he will have the best advantage, Leo is able to run the table and even the score before a misplaced shot causing the target ball to bounce off the corner of the rail and miss the pocket. His opponent nods in quiet respect for Leo's turn on the table.
Round 1B
Leo - 4
Opponent - 4

The shorter man has a streak of luck, knocking first one then another ball into the pockets. On his last ball though the shot is tight against a striped ball of Leo's. He takes the shot and sinks his last solid but the que ball catches the striped ball and sinks that as well.

Pool: 7d10t6 3 [7d10t6=3, 10, 9, 3, 3, 8, 1]

Odin is really enjoying this round, trying not to root for Leo too loudly.

Leo quickly puts a couple of the striped balls into the pockets, evening up the game before his over-zealous nature gets the better of him and the que ball follows his last striped ball into the same pocket.
Round 2B
Leo - 7
Opponent - 7

His opponent retrieves the que ball and begins tossing it in the air putting a little spin on it as it tosses it. He purses his lips together slightly and nods his head in respectful way to the game Leo has played this time. Carefully, he chooses his location for the que ball. The table is empty except for the black 8-ball and the que ball. The man pulls back on his que stick and glances at Leo, the grin on his face betraying the cocky attitude he has. He slides the que stick forward and sends the ball straight at the 8-ball. This sets the 8-ball on course for the corner pocket and the end of the game.
Pool: 7d10t6 3 [7d10t6=10, 8, 1, 1, 1, 8, 2]
However, the 8-ball catches the corner pocket rail and bounces over to the opposite rail of the pocket before slowly rolling back on the table to come to a stop.

Leo smiles "Ouch...bad luck"

He tries to suppress a grin as he moves around the table, visually checking a few options before choosing his shot:

The man's smirk quickly fades into a scowl as Leo is able to easily sink the 8-ball and claim the second game. He walks over to the tail of the table, drops a couple of quarters into the slots and begins to rack the balls. "Best out of three," he says a little gruffly.

Odin can't stop smiling. "You gotta teach me this stuff one of these days, brother!" He stops to think for a moment. "Nights. One of these nights."

Leo

As the guy racks the balls, he tries to sense where or not he's kindred (now that the other guy has gone).

He grins "Lady luck is a fickle mistress, but green is her favourite colour, after from gold"

He takes out his wallet and thumbs through the few notes there. "I'm a little short on cash, but I have this." he puts all but his last $20 on the table.

He considers his options before making the break:

You can sense the predator's taint on him.

Pool: 6d10t6 3 [6d10t6=2, 8, 8, 2, 5, 10]
"If $20's what you got then $20 it is." He pulls a $20 from his wallet and throws it on top of Leo's $20. He then takes both and places them on the rail with a block of chalk to hold them in place. Leo breaks and is gifted with two balls in two separate pockets. His next shot sinks another ball. Taking another shot, Leo only succeeds in moving the balls around. His opponent, the grin gone now from his face, takes a look at the table and lines up his shot. His first shot sinks one of his balls while his second shot has too much muscle on it, sinking the que ball along with his own.

Pool rnd 3: 7d10t6 2 [7d10t6=3, 1, 5, 5, 2, 8, 8]

Round 3A

His grin soon turns to a scowl as he misses the ball he had lined up:

"Yes she can be," the man smiles as he knocks a ball into the pocket. He wastes no time moving about the table sinking 3 more in quick succession before missing a shot.

Leo makes a run on the balls sending a few into pockets across the table. Unfortunately, after catching up with his opponent, he scratches the ball and loses any further chance to improve his standing.

Round 3C
Leo - 6
Opponent -6

The man quietly nods looking over the table with 3 game balls left. You can see the concentration on his face where-as before he had a devil-may-care appearance. He sinks the last of his balls with practiced ease and then begins to wander back and forth around the table sizing up all variations on his shot. He finally settles on the easiest one and makes the shot, sinking the 8-ball and winning the game. A smile crosses his face and he starts nodding his head. Walking over to the rail where the $20's sit, he looks at Leo, "Good game. You had me double-thinking for a second... but only a second." He laughs his taunt off and picks up the money, pocketing it in his front pocket. Extending his hand for a shake, he asks "Buy you a round?"
