You have a private sub-forum. You should be able to see it when you look at the game page.

Checking in.
Name is David. DaveRollingDice is the user name.
I will be playing a shaman called Chayton Stormbringer. Picture Mani from Brotherhood of the Wolves. Combine that with the Picts from that King Arthur movie with Clive Owen and a bit of Ged from Wizard of Earthsea and you have the general feel of the character.

A couple of things I need to know:
1/ Where is your character from? Baldur's Gate? the surrounding region?
2/ Please post a screenshot of your 5e character sheet or create one on this site. To do that, you will go to the Unseen Servant Dice Roller up top. This will open a new window and then you will click on Characters, followed by Create A New Character. You will next type in the name of your character and the campaign ID, which is 890.
And then go from there.
It's a fair amount of work, but it links your character to the game and you can create macros for rolling dice, update your character sheet onsite, etc.

Or, you can just screenshot your 5E character from D&D Beyond :)

I found it easier to screen shot the D&D Beyond sheet and upload it here.
I took a shot of the whole page and then smaller shots of the action, equipment, background tabs.

Once you have then pics you drag to upload and then hit a button to imbed. It was pretty easy.

My name is Doug, I shall be playing as Yarl Blacktongue, a half orc fighter. Yarl grew up in Baldurs Gate in the slums and has been a criminal his whole life. He got the name Blacktongue due his sour disposition.

Hey everyone! Checking in. Name's Will and i'm super new to the forum but have a couple of year's experience playing 5e as both a DM and a player. Also roleplayed in chatrooms for a few years when AOL was a thing lol. I'm playing as Erevan, a wood elf ranger.

Hey fellers, Happy Christmas Eve!

As you are working on your characters, please run variant ideas, feats, and such by me before you add them. Most feats are not available until 4th level, but I think I've seen a few sheets already having feats figured in.
You can reach out via your private sub-forums ;)
I am planning to reach out to you individually about your characters and see what your goals are and whether you are from Baldur's Gate or just visiting. It may be that we do some one-on-one roleplaying prior to your character getting to the city...or who knows? Your character may not even make it to the city but instead will be doing something else. :ugeek:

Still waiting on two players to give me their usernames so I can add them to the game.
Hope you have been playing around with the dice roller > it can be a bit tricky.

And if you want to use the character sheet and link it to the game, the campaign ID is 890.
Right now, only two characters are actually linked to this game.

Great thanks! Looking forward to it!

Lesh is a lizardfolk Death domain cleric from the Wood of Sharp Teeth outside BG. He stands about 6 ft. tall, weighs about 200 lbs., with green skin and orange markings and crest.

Love the old school Dickens - that was one of the best versions in movie form. Nice touch.

I'm alchemy - Mike is my name. I'm going to continue as Ostis - some sort of time warp followed by stasis finds him in Baldurs Gate.

Hedge: have I hit second level yet?

Alastair Sim is my favorite Scrooge.

alchemy, you must have missed my note in an email post > all characters are 3rd level.
And Ostis will be traveling from Candlekeep with Tommy and Erevan > will write that up in a day or two.

Hedge, I got so much going on that I don't know up from down, but I do recall now 3rd level. Thanks. I'm gonna try to figure out how to do a character sheet - you don't happen to have a blank template, do you ? Or can I copy and paste one from RPol?
