My experience with the ocean is in Maine and Massachusetts and it was pretty clear. But, fresh water I have seen plenty of muddy/swamp water around here.

I am visiting my Mom for her 88th birthday this weekend and will be off line. Back late Sunday or early Monday. Have a great weekend everyone!

I will be camping and otherwise spending time with my wife from Saturday through next Wednesday night. NPC me as necessary to keep the hobos murdering!

Yesterday, I got up at 4 am.
Drove 3 hours to the beach.
Surfed from about 7 Am until about 2 Pm, skipping breakfast and lunch, and then finally got home at about 7 pm.
I was sore and tired. Too tired to make dinner.
Somehow I wasn't too hungry anyway either
But MAN, I had a BLAST!
I'm just now getting back to a decent functioning level.

Water seems to be an issue - but it is raining. Can we gather rain using a waterproof cape and a water-bottle?

Or can we look outside for a stream into which the water is flooding.

n.b. Lots of rain means lots of water - that river could be a raging torrent by now.

I've been underground when it unexpectedly rained heavily on the surface...Water levels did nasty things and flows were worse.

Thanks. An interesting experience. I can't speak to any other sites as this is the only one I play on but I have had a really positive experience with pbp. I just checked and I am in a game that has been running for 5.5 years now and is still going on here. Yes at times it has slowed down and others it speeded up. But I feel that is an advantage, not a disadvantage.

It was an interesting video. The information on what it takes to get through a round is very true and well as the letting people know when you need to be away. I did not always agree with all of the other "facts" that were presented.
