This is where we can discuss anything not related to game play.

Just wanted to apologize. Some food (water actually) poisoning has kicked my tuckus in the past three days. I'm slowly getting back into things, but staring at screens is not helping. :)
Hope to catch up soon... this has been like the worse hangover I have ever had, without the benefits (?) of drinking alcohol beforehand.
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.
mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

Get yourself better and take all the time you need, Ron.

I only have one completed sheet at the moment, so your not really behind at all.

We have a few more sheets coming in now.

While we wait for the remainder, I will be looking them over and tying up any loose ends.

I am ready to drop the first action post, so as soon as all the sheets have been approved, we will be rolling on this one.

I really like the way Scott listed his saving throws on his sheet.

If you want to win favor from the gods in this game, you should do it that way too. :SAN: :D

We have a few completed sheets so far, so while we wait for the others to finish, I will slowly add characters into the mix so they can showcase themselves in this less congested manner. Once a few of you have been added, I will give out a little more detail and you can begin RPing to your hearts content.

First to dive in, we have Kumaglak, a displaced Esquimaux who waders the back streets and wharf's of PZ. What this strange character might be up to behind his large driftwood mask is anyone’s guess.

OD, would you like to give us a small glimpse of Kumaglack's daily routine to start us out, please?

I will add in another character (Xenos) once his intro is posted.

Thanks!

Done and posted in the PZ thread, Ogre Mage. Let me know if it's OK or more is required.

Okay, that post is exactly why I wanted to start an AS&SH game on here! :SAN:

Fantastic start Old D!

Anyone else who is ready and has their sheet posted can go ahead and do the same.

I think there is only one local so far, and another who’s been around for a while, so with a few newcomers, this should prove to be an interesting arrays of introductions.

Now it feels like we’re getting somewhere. :D

Once we have a few intros posted, I will lay down some RP opportunities while we wait for the others.

One tidbit for all our Vikings, there is a large contingency of your race in the docks area. A huge man named Ozlo runs a massive longhouse style tavern and owns all manner of buildings in that area which are set up for housing and lodging.

Most or all of you would be from there, or at least know other Vikings that live there.

Sadly, I have bad news to report.

Ron (redmond) had to back out of the game do to a work situation, and I still haven't seen a character sheet from Q.

So, I went to the waitlist for a couple of backup players, and learned that one of them can no longer play either. (still waiting on a reply from radrabbit.

I will continue trying to get this underway, but thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Sorry for the delay. I was extremely busy last week and it sapped my creativity. I will have a sheet produced soon for review.

Thank you for adding me to the game. I will post an introduction as updates happen.

Presently Valkrina may be occupied performing songs and storytelling in the viking dockside taverns.

Wow, that flute vid was incredible.

Great work on the intro’s so far, everyone! I am going to start the main game thread here shortly so we can officially kick this thing into motion.
