Re: OOC
I owe some feedback on goals...but I think I've responded to all questions on character leveling. Let me know if I've missed anything. Also post here when you are done leveling up your character.

Re: OOC
Goals are updated. I've incorporated/tweaked as many as possible. Individual goals are all good but everybody gets XP when goals are ticked off so I've broadened some.
One point to talk about - getting your own ship. There's conceivably a lot of ways to do this:

Re: OOC
I guess the first thing we need to decide is what the ship would be used for. A gunned up free merchant designed to go pirate hunting is wildly different from the same free merchant hull geared towards cargo hauling. Either way, a "stock" free merchant runs for about 800k, so buying one is probably off the cards.

Re: OOC
Lazarus patches are portable miracles, everyone without your Healer ability probably wants 3 of them readied at all time. Other than that, it really depends on what exactly we'll be doing. Line shunts are worth their weight in gold if we're infiltrating some T4+ megacorp's facilities to steal data from their servers, but utterly useless on some T0 frontier world we're scouting; you'd trade a starship full of line shunts for a single pressure tent there. It also depends on if we're going off on our own anytime soon, or just following the mission trail that Antoinetti lays out for us. If his dealings span the entire sector, he's an immensely powerful person to be on the good side of and we'd need a pretty good reason in game to stop working for him.

Re: OOC
The Art of Negotiation
I've decided to handle the negotiation as part of a mini game.
Everybody in the crew will make an argument with respect to why she is asking too much. Currently you really don't have enough information to do this. Once you know what the angle of your argument is, you can either RP it or describe it and make a Talk or Trade roll (others might be appropriate as well if you are creative). If you roll high you will make progress in lowering her asking price. If you make a particularly strong argument, I will give bonus points.
How to influence the Government
Pretty similar to the above really except you will be trying to get them to increase their offer. The more progress you earn, the higher the price they will be willing to pay is. If you get their offer above Zulehka's minimum, you will have a deal.
I'm sure this isn't perfect but let's roll with it for now.

- You are paid a portion of the total agreed on fee
- Zulehka has shared with you what she thinks the find is worth - 2M Credits
- The government will not agree to pay that much
- Your job will be to get Zulehka to come down on her demands while getting the government to come up on their offer.
