A Druid at the back and all the muscle at the front you sure bout that? I think it is as wise to have muscle in back and front just my extra 2 cents

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Not-Ireena and Randolph for now stay close to Ireena ... and try to keep her within Vorkath's aura.
"We know the wolves were reticent to harm you," not-Ireena murmurs to her original, "but Lord Strahd seems eager to drink you. For now, could you please stay near the virtuous warrior? His odor of sanctity repels many dangers to virtue."

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Agrippo will enter through the hallway, suspicious of such stonework creatures springing into life. "This place is eerie and full of traps, lets' not get fooled by ignorance or calm innocence...", looking at Vorkath and taking a nod towards Ireena.

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Robert nods agreement to the false Ireena thinking his words most wise. " I agree I would like it best if Ireena and Randolph would stay nearer to Vorkath. To me this would be the wiser choice." Robert says with a contrite smile after he is done talking.

You quickly change positions. Agrippo leads the way through the doors.
Cobwebs hang from the dust-covered columns of this great hall, illuminated by torches fluttering in iron sconces. The dust and webs cast strange, moving shadows across the faces of stone gargoyles squatting motionlessly on the rim of the domed ceiling. Cracked and faded ceiling frescoes are obscured by centuries of decay. Two bronze doors stand closed to the east. To the north, a grand staircase climbs into darkness. Sad and majestic organ tones float about you from a lit hallway to the south.
Assuming Grognardsw’s marching order modified to keep Ireena close to the paladin until told otherwise. Marching order is reflected in the status line.

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Agrippo will carefully look about, peering closely into the shadows and corners of the hall before deciding to proceed southwards. [dialog]"Crack a couple of sling stones to those watchers above us,", pointing at the ceiling with his spear, " no party niceties now, don't need some motionless rock-toothed creature above you swooping down. Perhaps we can scare any welcome committee away. Now to source that infernal racket"[/dialog]. He will be on his guard and stick to the right hand wall.

Vorkath / castle
The paladin of the True God peers about, his holy sword Excommunicator in hand. "There is something bigger in store for us than stone ceiling ornaments," says Vorkath. "There is evil about."
He moves with the others down the south hallway to the music.

"We're in Strahd's castle of course evil is about." Robert says almost humorously with a bit of a sarcastic smile upon his face.

None too pleased with the gargoyles lurking above, Robert fires a couple of sling bullets at them. One of the shots hits the ceiling. The other plinks off a gargoyle's head. The gargoyles just grin at you, the same as they have since you entered the hall.
You proceed south. Torchlight flutters against the walls of this vaulted hall. To the east, a dark and forbidding hallway runs into darkness. Beside that opening, a suit of armor, oiled and glistening, stands at attention in a shallow alcove. To the west, large double doors hang slightly open, a steady bright light escaping through the opening. Swells of organ music come from behind the doors, spilling their melody of power and defeat into the hall.
Actions?

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Robert Will just stay as vigil as a Druid can in the back of the group with a sling. Following where the group goes and making sure to check behind the group ever so often. Checking now to see if the main door remains open or is closed now mysteriously.

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Whew that is a relief lol I thought maybe Strahd or some other being from his castle would close it behind us and start stalking the group.

Robert also looks back up at the gargoyles to see if they have moved at all.

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Vorkath makes note of the dust, cobwebs, cracked and faded frescoes, centuries of decay... and armor oiled and glistening.
"Beware the armor, it appears new among the run-down old,"warns Vorkath.
The paladin continues to the ajar door behind which the organ sounds emanate. Vorkath will give a quick peek then forcefully kick the door open the rest of the way and lunge in, hoping to surprise whatever is there with his righteous fury!

Tumbler grumbles along. HE takes out his pipe and holds it clenched between his teeth.
