Heh heh, just the opposite, a two-handed sword and the best armor I could buy!
it would be ironic if you die first with that and would have survived without.

It would be old school for sure.

The worse thing I'll read is wp typing "you are now in a 5' wide corridor..."
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!

Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

Here you go, one of my favorites. Everyone starts with nothing, trying to escape from a dungeon on a volcanic island as it is about explode. I have DMed this multiple times and played a few too.

Dungeon of the slave lords yikes.

I certainly wouldn't want to do the funnel like DCC but I did sort of like DCC. I certainly would want to find some other way to start out as a level 0 or a "naked PC" other than as a slave breaking free trying to get topside.

I have never played DCC so can't comment. A4 is fun, but you need to play smart and be lucky too. Imagine starting as a 6th level magic-user with no equipment and no memorized spells.

Sorta bad news. Well good, followed by possibly bad.
I got a lead on a donation of 50 face shields for the staff at my agency. We provide a lot of MH services, and do a lot in the community, as well as run the County crisis screening units at the ERs. My agency is small, thus kinda poor :) , I have to go get these shields. They'll help us with our wholly inadequate masks. I'm not sure if I'll be back by game time, if at all. But I hope to be back, I'll check in on my phone, but the chat isn't so hot there. So fingers crossed, if I don't make it back in time, my apologies, and have fun!!!

Well first off "bummer" if you can't make it for the game. But "good" on the other part there Ron. :)
