Re: Chapter 03: Elusive cultists
Korin sighs "Guess I better follow them two.." providing same rolls the other two were asked for.

Eaton
Dear Tiny and Thorelf, you have been very eager to examine various locations here. I think examining the skeleton and the area surrounding it would be a good idea. Since you are so agile, it would be easy.
I wonder if we could use some nails to fix the boat…

Tiny will checkout the skeleton. "The boat is rotted."

"Tiny, watch out, it's very slippery. Are you sure you don't want me or Korin going down to check that skeleton?" (Provided DEX or Climb skill can be used, mexhanically.)

Re: Chapter 03: Elusive cultists
Whhhhoooaaa-whooops! <Skid, thump, thumpity-thump> - our mighty dwarf fails to get a foothold: the slimy coating* on the steps causes Korin to topple backwards, land on his bum and slide helter skelter down, boots first, directly heading towards Thorelf and Tiny at the bottom of the stairs, who are currently busy inspecting sunken wreckage.
Korin please roll 2 x 1d20 followed by 2 x 1d100, thanks.
Tiny please roll 1d20, and Thorelf also a 1d20.
Korin also takes 1 hp damage from all the barnacles tearing up his delicate behind on his way down. Ouch!
*consisting mainly of photosynthetic cyanobacteria, diatoms and other heterotrophic bacteria

Korin tries to dig his heels in or grab a handhold along his slippery ride, flailing about as he goes.

Take the rope so we can pull you up!
Everyone who are up here take the rope. We are stronger together.

Korin
cannot get a grip on the slime he is skidding down on - he misses Tiny, but slams into Thorelf at the bottom of the stairs which happens so fast that no one had any time to turn around or shout advice etc. Luckily, Thorelf's slender frame doesn't buckle under the dwarven avalanche; he manages to stop Korin's fall. They both just end up hanging precariously over the part of the barge that sticks out of the water, their noses very close to the surface where their surprised expressions are mirrored in the water. Tiny, from his perched position on the edge of the lower stairs is now basically looking at two bums in a boat, one of which is pretty slimy.
By the time Eaton had thrown his rope it was all over. It looks like everyone is unhurt (save for Korins posterior).
By now, Korin, too, sees a sunken skeleton in the midst of the collapsed barge - and possibly other objects.

Re: Chapter 03: Elusive cultists
Thorelf clears his throat.
"Thank you Tiny, in a minute. Let me examine this boat while we're down here."
What does Thorelf see, regarding the barge, the skeleton and any items spread out around it?

Re: Chapter 03: Elusive cultists
Thorelf, Tiny and Korin
can make out the following encrusted, brown-algae-covered and corroded shapes in the murky water on the bottom of the barge beside/around the skeleton:
- a round-cornered, box-like thing about 30 by 18 by 15 inches
- a rounded, pointy thing slightly larger than the size of a head
- a long, flat item that tapers off into a point
- various blobby circular and uneven items the size of plums, nuts and potatoes
there may also be some movement in the water that you just are able to catch with the corner of your eyes - then it's gone again. Like a quickly darting fish.

Thorelf
"Alright Tiny, pull me up, please."
He will grab the rope and get up on the "docks" immediately.

Tiny will help up Thorelf. "Should I try and swim down and get that stuff?"

Thorelf when he is up
"Honestly, that boat, or is it a barge? Anyway that boat seems to be in pretty bad shape. Also, there's the lizard men. We'd be better of waiting for that other boat the slaver's letter talked about. Yes, maybe try to get some of those things up to see if there's anything valuable? There was at least one box floating around."

Tiny
Tiny will help Korin up, "Korin would you mind holding my two handed sword? I will dive with my short sword."
Once Korin is all set, Tiny will dive down and try and retrieve some stuff, starting with the largest item first.
