By bi-directional, Biblo is able to read a map sideways or upright. There is nothing wrong with those who can only read in one direction. As far as swinging, Biblo swings his staff, or occasionally thrusts, in whatever direction is necessary to hit his enemy. As it is a sling-staff, he can also unload hard rocks, preferring the face as a target.

It took a few rounds for everyone to move up into the next room and get barrels ready. You've got your gear by now and can attack.

Sorry guys! When I put "guard dogs" in my last post, I was saying it sarcastically of the leaders' elite guards. There are no real guard dogs in this fight.
