Activation Station II, So Cold

Creeping forward carefully, Maag finds no indications of trapped areas in any of the three hallways h's discovered so far.

During the back and forth process of searching the next hallway the rope chain is pulled back to indicate an issue.

Everyone regroups in the first hallway again, with Maag staying far enough away so everyone else can communicate freely,

Wes appears with an offer to trade orbs, still trying to solve the riddle of entering the third and final door.

Actions?

The Princess

She smiles at Wes and the difficulty the group finds themselves in. "It's good, then, that we didn't disappear too far without getting your door open." The Princess does her best not to appear as though she's thinking 'I told you so', but since that behavior is royalty 101, she's only partly successful.

"Wake? I think you have what they need? Maybe that door will allow you to keep the sphere like this one."

"Be careful, Wes. I'd really like to have everyone make it back out ok. If we finish this area up quickly, we'll join you in yours."

"I think we need to back out and at least help out the other group that is stuck. I am not sure a trade makes sense (getting a second green does not make it a great trade), but lets help them at least get the door open. But lets hurry back as our magic is wasting."

Once the white activation sphere is loaned out to open the opposite door, the group can get back to the task of searching the strangely frigid basement of the second Activation Station.

Maag quickly goes back to the top of the stairs. "Can I 'ave dat light coin again Wake, me ol' tin plate? An' somebody grab dat rope". Maag goes back to searching the stairs, descending towards what looks like a room at the bottom.

Activation Station II, So Cold

Maag moves back to the top of the stairway, unfazed by the bitter cold of this place, thanks to his magical protection.

He begins to silently descend, spotting what might be a larger room beyond a stone landing at the bottom of the dark steps.

He sees no indications that these stairs are trapped in any way.

Actions?
