ateno: actually, your Brawling skill was 4D+2....so to raise it to 5D, costs 4 skill points...so never mind, you DO have 2 left! :0

6 in WP (bringing it to 3D)
4 in PER/Search (bringing it to 5D)

He can keep the 2 leftover points for later use, right?

I suspect this is the part where I discover that Nado's Animal Control power is much less useful than I'd hoped, BUT: I was thinking that if we wanted a lay of the land, Nado could get a bird to scout it out. But then there's the issue of communicating what the bird would see, which I suspect the power wouldn't allow. Am I right about that?

He can certainly attempt to take control of a bird(s).....but what exactly do you want it/them to do? You can't 'talk' to them...but they are like a trained dog.....they could fetch something or the like.....

Hmmm....since we've never used this power....we could modify to something like....'animal communication'.....but again; remember it's a bird, so its information would be from a bird's perspective....

Thoughts?

I think being able to communicate but get information from a bird's perspective leaves more room for the power to be useful (there's only so much you can do with animals when you have a jeep and are already a crack shot with a gun). A bird wouldn't be able to give a lot of detail, but might be able to give an idea of where people are, for example?
