For fighting the crabs and bringing back the furs...

Minos, Zaid, Erico, Lucius & Ludwig earn 250 XP
Heraclides earns 125 XP

To earn bigger XP rewards, you will need to go after bigger hauls. Each gp of treasure is worth 1 XP, so given that there wasn't much money to be had, the reward was fairly meager, unfortunately.
