I think Hero has the same issue HarnMaster and all crunchy systems have. It takes much longer to get through combat and the time frame it covers is so short that the feel is always off. There is something to be said about a system that plays fast, especially with PBP which makes the time feel even longer.

I think you’re both doing a great job. It’s just the difference of in and out of combat like you said. It had occurred to me when I was working hard to give him long range teleport that it might lead to things like this. I am perfectly fine with the way things are going. Very happy to be a part of the group.

I’m very sorry all. Real life has become rather unhinged for me. Please run Sidestep as an NPC as you wish and I will try to get a handle on things as quickly as I can.
