Telurion
"I think it is dead" - a tall, hooded dark haired man approached, and retrieved his dagger, still embedded in the giant - "Well met to you travelers" - he added with a nod.
(Not sure I actually hit it, but just assuming so for fluff)

Anything that would have hit an AC 4 hit the spriggan, gnome. Both dwarves miss being fallen on, the thing slowly finishes shrinking as it dies it turns back to original gnome size. The rest of the foes remain held in the magical hold spell.

"I am unharmed, thank you" - the man nodded and introduced himself - "I am Telurion. Any idea why these jumped you? Banditry?"

Kravoud
Having avoided being crushed by the dying Spriggan, he moves to assist Gimnar with the two unknown creatures who were trapped in their overturned wagon. Looking at the strange pair he asks in the language of Gnomes, Goblins, Orcs, and Kobolds since their common seems poor:
Hello, are you hurt and in need of assistance? I am Kravoud Windbeard, a defender of Kagyar and these folks are my friends. Who are you and from where do you hail?

Re: Chapter 7: I7 - Baltron's Beacon
Spriggan Round-up the battle concludes things calm down and a newcomer is introduced to the group a stranger that came rushing into battle to aid reveals himself. The rest of the enemy evil gnome things are tied up and bound now begs the question what to do with them. Both Dumont and Quinn have never seen these types of creatures before. The rescued patchworked elven looking creatures are thankful and have loaded their things into the cart. What now is your next step?
Dumont "Are we taking these two back to Penhaligon? And there is no way I'll have room for all of those...eh? Prisoners?" the driver comments and asks.
Quinn slings her bow once more "Never seen anything like these things before." the cart guard says while inspecting the dead one back to normal size.
Rescued Creature Male bows his head and can't stop thanking the group.
Rescued Creature Female "Thanks to you." she says once and sits quietly in the back of the cart.

Once again asks the rescued strangers about themselves in the languages that he knows only louder hoping that they understand him.

Re: Chapter 7: I7 - Baltron's Beacon
Rescued Creature Male stammers "Um. Well. Beacon we sought something called Baltron's beacon." he looks concerned a bit at mentioning where they were going "Ambushed, and used for bait. We didn't mean to." he tries explaining.

Assuming that the Baltron's Beacon is not something that is common knowledge
To the rescued male: We may not have room in our wagon. Do you how far you are going? We are headed to Labaline-by-the-Marsh.

(Going with a bit of improv here GreyWolfVT, hope I am in the right)
"I was on my way to Penhaligon" - Telurion explained - "Had done a momentary pause for some foraging, when I heard the sounds of battle" - he added - "Where are you all headed to?"

Weston casts CLW on himself:
CLW: [1d8]=8
The colour returns to his face and he breathes out a deep breath.
"That's better! Sorry about that, that was rather painful. I'm Weston Turville, priest of Azuth. We've just just come from Penhaligon."

Nameless new name for the mongrel man "Yes." he replies digging out a flier that looks similar to the one everyone else had found this morning.BaltoBruiser wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 3:17 am Kravoud

you are good. Telurion had a similar flier dropped to him by an annoying crow this morning as well but did not know where the location was and was heading to Panhaligon to find more information out about the place.
