For defeating skeletons and a zombie, Elwood, Gurkan, Khawla and Tuga get 100 xp each.
For defeating the kobolds, Gurkan, Tuga, and Tumbler get 60 xp each.

For overcoming hardships, traps and a small tribe of kobolds, everyone gets 250 xp!
